Men are always accused not a victim.

Bhartiya version of British laws, victim can be any person ( male or female) 😢 so laws must be made for any person ( not only favouring girls ,,,& women) still need lots of amendments 😢😢😢😢

one question: will this 3 year threshold be applicable for Civil court cases also ? For example, my tenant is not paying rent and I want to file eviction lawsuit against him. so all eviction lawsuit will also take max 3 year now ?

I would prefer a Bahubali over court case. Even witchcraft is more effective than Indian judiciary.
