I hope BJP completely revamps the judicial system. The judiciary's dictatorship cannot go on!

It is observed some statutory bodies are not doing their duties within reasonable time when other side is public in the statutory contract .Hence in such cases, there would be some law in the interest of justice either some proper guidelines in contract law with the Government for speed up the work since Government as a state have to see welfare of the parties in the contract .

The Government or statutory body can not fail in its contractual obligations towards parties who are parties in the contract with Government.

IS ROAD SAFETY ONLY INDIVIDUAL RESPONSIBILITY? Drive carefully for your own good!! This is 2023!! Are we stuck anywhere to get immediate justice??? You know what, if you were fatally injured on the road accident and your family is not rich enough to give proper treatment to you, then for the hospitalization unfortunately, u have to beg in our country. For severe accidents it will take minimum 3 to 5 years to get insurance claim for injured after accident🥺...Sad and rarely told true!! no politicians and judiciary can help u out of here.... You guys have never imagined how many cases are being pending in our court??? It's a serious issue nobody wants to talk about. After the accident many of the family may completely sink into debts/ financially troubled as part of hospital treatment and other expenditure for that period of time. And it may continue if the injured is one of the income sources for you. It's really sad that no one raise their voice for our rights!!! Do you agree!!!! post motor accident, we all are deserved to be settled insurance claim amount within 1 month??? Unfortunately, it’s yet to be implemented!? Only few cases with least amount of claim and death of a person are being settled immediately! Sadly, it may take even more than 1 to 2 years of time after accident. If we delayed to pay car / bike insurance we would be charged fine immediately by police!!We have made rule for that! But post-accident we have to wait nearly 5 years for our claim amount!!! What kind of justice is this???? This is 2023!! Yet, one of major issue, our society have failed to bring attention to our government and judiciary!! If the justice is delayed due to system!! May people really want to highlight their concern before public or politician really address our concern and act for people betterment by their own!! Delayed settlement is it because of our court or insurance company?? When I find the pending list of cases in our court, I really feel sad. Because our turnaround time is so desperate for a citizen... We should respect each of our time!!!Delayed justice is as equal as a crime??? Drive carefully for your own good!!! It's a request! I know many of you ignore this post or don’t take it as seriously or people think it’s a part of another political agenda to defame someone. But you would understand the value of this only when you have gone though the situation of someone who loves met an accident and your family not even recovered from that trauma physically mentally and financially!!!
