The ground of challenge was my candidature was rejected based on a point that is not valid(proof document is RTI Reply). Till today the respondents have not filed the affidavit in reply. During the court case, if the court orders the son to pay monthly expenses to the mother. If the son dies, will the expenses stop or will his grandchildren pay the expenses?

I think with the death of the son, the payment should stop. There has to be a separate Court order for payment also by the progeny of the Son.

Respected sir I am practicing as a junior advocate in Kanpur district court UP , I wish to discuss one of my ongoing case in which a girl taken education loan from a bank , therefore she is a primary debtor and her father was a co borrower and a third person was a guarantor of this loan , loan was taken in year 2009, and her father expired in 2011, after that there is no earning member in her family and after completing the course she did not get a job to pay the loan , she taken total 4 lakh rs loan for her course and paid total 225000 to bank till her father was alive but bank adjusted the paid amount in interest not in principal and filed a suit of recovery of rs 850000 , suit was filed in year 2018 while her father expired in 2011, the process surveyor of the court filed his report in court document that her father has expired but the bank advocate not only served the summons at wrong address till 2020 but also made contineously second party to her father and taken Ex-party decree from the court against her , her father and the guarantor . I filed the suit on behalf of the girl that the case filed against the deceased person and also taken ex party decree against him that's why the suit is about to be dismissed , I wish to know weather I am right or wrong and what will be the happen in this case according to your opinion .
