It is to clarify that either an Advocate work for justice or claint. An Advocate understand 75% of the case comes to him as to either justifiable or unjustifiable. He works for both to win, If all the advocates refuses to take cases which is against justice the necessity of approaching the court by the right person does not arise. In that circumstances the earning of the advocates are limited to certain extent . We used to see that all offenders with huge corupt money appoint leading advocates to argue on his behalf. But even on ordinary man understand that the person for whom he appears if against conscious. But only on account of earnings it is admitted.

Sir , I started my practice from aurangabad High court and not from lower court, I completed my 2 yrs. My question is any problem can arise only because not practicing in lower court in forthcoming practice .

What if person attending as Witnes. Gives a misleading and false statement and defence lawyer is able to prove the statement deposed by witness is false ,whether Court takes serious view and impose penalty for misleading the court ?

That would amount to an offence of giving false evidence, and if satisfied the court may initiate criminal prosecution against that witness in accordance with law.

केस लिस्ट नहीं होना, केस में जल्दी सुनवाई ना होना, केस में बहुत देरी होना, केस लिस्ट होने के बाद भी तारीखे पड़ना वगैरा-वगैरा इन सब बातों से हम वकील भी परेशान हैं। लगता है यह स्थिति सारे देश में है। आज की तारीख में ना मेरे पास इसका सोल्यूशन है और लगता है ना किसी और के पास। जैसी भी है स्थिति को स्वीकार करके उसके अंदर जो जो कर सकते वह करते रहिए और आशा करते रहिए कि आपकी केस जल्दी हो जाएगी। आपके लिए और मेरे सभी व्यूवर्स के लिए प्रार्थना करने के अलावा मेरे हाथ में कुछ भी नहीं है। ‌🙏🏼
