Sir, after preliminary decree , against defendants zali ahe, execution madhe 1000/- rupees ahe, pan ghetle nahi, execution nahi zala, defendant 12 years gelach nahi possession sathi, pan marhan part keli, part tyacha samor declaration suit kela ahe, after 8 years of earlier decree.

Namaste sir..aap k vdo bahut knowledgeable hai sir...bht bht dhanyabaad sir..Mera ek questions hai sir..hamare ek Jamin k case appeals against the decision of district court k 2004 se high court se file kiya hai.. Ek bar March 2008 mai hearing Aya tha aur case of status for order bata raha hai..iska Matlab kiya hai sir 19 years se Jamin agriculture nahi hua hai case k pending k wajhe se...bohot parisaan hai ghar mai sir...19 years ho Gaya hai sir abhi tak kuch v final nahi hua. Sir kaise case jldi solve hoga bataye plz

Sir mai 2011 se punjab education department mai asthai roop se job kar rha hon aur 29-01- 2019 se mane two month ki medical leave li par bimari ki halat mai medical certifcat nahi bhej saka jis karan muje show cause notice bhej diya gye aur mane aur show cause notice ke jwab main mane apna medical certifcate 01-04-2019 ko submit karwa dia par fir bi muje 16-04-19 ko terminate kar diya gya mane department ko bahut baar application di par koi karwai nahi hoi aur 29-08-2022 ko meri ek letter ka department ki taraf se jwab aya ke apko rejoin nahi karwa sakte mai bahut hi greeb parivar se ho money problam Karan mai pehle court bi nahi ja payaa Ghar ka gujara hi bahut mushkil se ho raha tha aur aab mane apne ghar ko girvi rakh kar vakeel Saab ki fees puri ki aur high court mai 23-03-2023 ko writt petition filing ki par first date mai judge Saab duara reject kar di high court Mai deri se aane ke karan par is main mera kya kasoor hai Ghar ki maali halat hi asi thi k court Jane ki himmat nahi thi mai ab kya Karo please koi advise de mujhe meri job vapas Leni hai mere paas department ki galti ke evidence bi hai
