@@pinkpocketTV No problem.
For all of you who have problems importing the mountains. I did to and I solved it like this: Download the file, zip it open, open the mountains in a new unreal project. When it's open, right click on it in the content browser and click asset actions, migrate. click ok when the asset report pops up, find the location of the project you want to import it into, place it in that projects "content" folder. And then you should be able to open it in your mountains in your project.

Thanks, great video, as for saving AVI, if you set compression to 0, you get uncompressed AVI, which is as good as a sequence of PNGs, also, you get more rendering options if you use the new method, but my guess is that you already knew that but went the easy way for the tutorial. 👍

Go to the launcher and in the unreal engine tab add a new version to download. Then select UE5 Preview 2. Note that this is considered as a different version and it’s not a direct upgrade to UE5 Early Access versions. That is why you don’t see it there.

Great tutorial, but I dont have the materials on the materials folder inside SKy...is there anywhere to download it?
Is there a reason why the new clouds are not generating after clicking vol cloud then the material then the change material button like in the video?
Hey... I've been trying to use Megascans in UE5 and it looks great... BUT... when I'm upclose to the mesh, likez if I have a HUGE rock formation or something and I go near it, the close up textures look very blurry and the mesh itself looks like if it was a very low poly mesh... amy way to fix that? I can't figure it out

@@pinkpocketTV I do have 1 question though when I tried to do another cinematic with alot of camera movements it just showed the camera spinning in circles for some reason so if you have a fix for that that would be great :)
my question is what specs on a laptop would i need in order to be able to make these types of scenes and render thme? will a 8gb Vram 3070 be enough, will the 12 gb Vram in the 3080 be enough? I read in reddit threads that a lot of UR5 textures are extremely heavy, so they would fill in the gpu vram pretty fast and that even 12 gb of ram wont be enough. is this true?
are the environments playable as a game map? or can you make it into one.
Nice tutorial, but how do we add the mountains folder? It would have been nice if you had shown that part, cause I can't follow along past the foreground part.

Hey man where do you get the free assets? The start pack I mean
I want to roto out a character from a video footage and put it on unreal environment. Or, make set extension for vfx works. Only problem is matchmoving the scene with video footage. I found some people doing that from AE to Blender/Maya to unreal and back to AE. isn't there any simpler and short way? I mean, unreal can already use live cam feed and matchmove.... can't it just track the camera from video footage file? hope you got what i mean.... new to unreal engine.
Great! The mountains was not included when i downloaded UR5 today though

Nice, This is worth a try. I'm a total beginner at UE5 and I am basically trying to make short cinematic burst animations for my products. And this video really gives me hope. I just wanted to know, like, how does rendering work in UE5 ?? I mean, when I talk about Blender or 3DMAX, we can achieve same quality of renders from different GPU's, provided that the high end GPUS will take minutes to render whereas the low end ones will take hours. But I will be able to achieve same output in either case. Does that work same for UE5 ?? Because somewhere I read that with UE5, it is what you see in viewport, so if my viewport itself is stuttering because of my low end GPU, then my rendered output will be same as that !!! Is that true ?
