It's hard to find good recent tutorials for UE5. I'm so glad I found this one! This is going to help me and my students so much as 5.3 introduced some outstanding features, one of which is highlighted in this tutorial. Thank you for all you do!

Hi Amit, I've been following your tutorials for some time now. Always very inspiring, but also a challenge to recreate them. But I think my PC is hopelessly underpowered (which especially affects the graphics card in my 2021 PC - an AMD Radeon Vega 8 Graphics on a very old CPU!) However, I like your explanations because they are very detailed, slow, understandable and comprehensible. Now, after more than 10 months, I will subscribe to your channel. Thank you for your creativity that you share with us without bias...
thanks.it helped me alot to know UE5 from the basic to intermidiate..thanks alot

Hey Magnet, idk if you'll read this comment. I'd like to say that your channel along with a few others got me into animation and graphic design. It had been a few months since I'd watch some videos because I took on a course with a school for my Computer Animation degree. Thank you for being an inspiration!

I'm completely new to UE5 so thoroughly enjoyed this tutorial. Many thanks for uploading. One small thing: it's a church (probably in northern Spain, 11th-13th century), not a castle.
As always, excellent and impeccable work. Some wonderful renders from someone who I learned a lot from. Thanks for your tutorials!!!

Env. and design is so beutiful. Can you share your PC specs. Thanks
Thank you so much. Where can I get the water material used in the video?
Wow, this was the first time i finished a tutorial for Unreal Engine and I am stoked! I only have 1 issue, and 2 questions, when I go to render the cinematic, I click "Render local" and it continues to run my Memory(RAM) up to 100% until UE crashes. I have 32GB or RAM, so I was hoping I wouldn't have an issue like this, but knew it was possible. Is there anything I can do to make the renderer take less RAM and maybe just more time? also for your final cinematic, there are leaves falling from the trees, and birds flying. How did you go about adding those in? Thank you so much for this tutorial, seriously.
nooooo this cant be true , it looks like real world . u too good

Great tutorial. What are the specs of your PC?
your tutorials are great broh , i want to know how do we change the base material texture if we need to change it later , i am confused whether it will change every material , i want to change the grass material in the base layer ,can you kindly give some advice
Amit bro can you make realistic dense forest with alot of vegetation like small and large grasses and bushes with realistic tress and a fountain
hello where did you find the RualAustralia water? thanks!
Are you going to do a tutorial on PCG?

It's greate video to learn. But i have problem at 24:46 In paint option, the target Layers is empty, how can i reload the material
Great lessons! But I couldn't repeat this whole lesson. I didn't find the material for the water and the backgrounds of the mountains. I would appreciate your help!
Nice tutorial buddy........but muze ek problem aa rahi hai.....jab mai animation render karta hua to bas 120 frames hi render hoti hai....eska koi solution hai ....BTW. thank you so much awesome video ❤❤
Any grass static mesh I download is like dozens of files and I cant just drag and drop like you do. I even downloaded the same one. Any advice?
For the geometry cliffs, they are not nanite i guess. So putting those much aren't effect performance? (Im new in unreal,please explain this.)
thanks for the wonderful tutorial. but i am constantly facing a issue with unreal landscape one actor with physical materials needs to be rebuilt, i tried build all levels and build lanscape options but the problem is still occuring.
how would you convert this into a multiplayer game, or apply the lyra framework?
Hi 👋🏻 there What specifications do I need the pc to be to make this type of Animation?
28:53 sir you forgot to mention to enable tesselation option in Blend Material, without that Dsiplacement is not visible
how do you create animated trees and grass , is it plugin or you import it from another software , because when i use megascans its static trees
you have done game design course ?
Hello, can you please explain how we can add those particles on the Air.
Hello my friend awesome video!.Please tell me something, i see in many games like dont scream and paranormal tales the terrain of the forest is like 3d and i dont think its only the displacement. do they put static meshes on the ground material instead of textures? whats the method i cant understand,cause i dont think they just use the paint tool to scatter all the leaves and rocks on the level...
@magnetvfx
3 ай бұрын
thank you so much for your kind support man yes its not only landscape displacement they use static mesh and maybe it generated procedural content generation and also in unreal virson 5.3 they implemented procedural content generation in short PCG to make the terrain. thank you so much bro.

When adding large “Landscape Backgrounds” rocks, I don’t have enough geometry. The model contains black holes. What could be the problem?
Where can I watch the tutorial about the sequencer compile in a video?
i followed the steps perfectly until im at the 27:00 and clicked the Build Data. it shows empty. what to do to fix this? subbed. ok the 1st problem isn't solve yet i encounter other issue, i added EuropeanBeech but i dont have Geometry folder in Content but it is inside EuropeanBeech folder instead. there is no assembly>cliff folders inside too
please make a PCG tutorial
Very Good video sir, but I have one problem, I can see material apply to my landscape(25.15 min) but i am not able to see the detail of parameter in my blend_material _inst, any suggestions how to fix that?
What ram and cpu did you use to create this scene?
Bro can i import any pc game map inside ue5 is their any possibility to do like that i saw one youtber bought small portion of pubg map inside blender So that i am asking is their any kind of possibility like that
do u know how to setting up 5.3 for rider? build problem is
For those that find themselves unable to move the monastery obj up and down after importing it, it is likely that your snap value is set to 1000 like mine. What you need to do is look at the top right of the view port and look next to the square grid icon and set that value to 5 or anything lower than 1000

Cool video. But I need your help... When I turn on Nanite and click on Build Date (your video shows this at 27.16) my terrain simply becomes completely transparent. And nothing can be done about the relief.
at the beginning at 3:22 where yo choose characters i dont have that folder all i have is content and within is (Firstperson/FirstPersonArms/FPWeapon/LevelProtyping/StarterContent) I have searched all of them and have not found the mannequin? What should I do
can you help me? how can I do ''roughness_value''? what I need to press?
I got a curious question tho, How Effective do you think the modeling tools that Unreal Engine have? do you think you can make a good looking assets on your own Inside Unreal? can you do a guide on how to make your own asset inside Unreal Instead of downloading it from 3rd party website? I'm curious because I want to start learning Archviz But wonder if I need to start learning other software for Modelling and texturing, Do you have any advice about what software to use? Or can Unreal do all of those on its own?
@magnetvfx

I’m not doing modelling inside unreal yet so can’t say about that but I think you can create nice models maybe tutorial available for that too on KZread thanks man
@wozroo-hc7zr
6 ай бұрын
I would learn to model in an external software first then do it in Unreal. Doing it in a 3D software will teach you things like, vertex, edges, faces/ UV/ texturing/ rigging and so on. Unreal can be overwhelming sometimes and you could mess things up with the wrong button click lol ( been there ) Doing it in 3D software will also give you a good understanding of what is going on in the engine.
Hey Magnet, I'm using UE5.2 on mac I copy pasted your displacement commands but their is no Displacement option showing in Blend material. Please help!
