Do you have any pictures of the holes you had to drill for the new controls?

Did you cut the nub off from the throttle side control group? And did you find the harness holes in the bar to be super sharp? Im putting in the same bars right now and I noticed you can’t get the grips and controls even close to the ends of the grips. They hang off the ends of the bars by a lot.

I just rolled with it. Yeah the grips probably do not sit to the end of the bars. I have the mid bend aggressive Thrashin bars. They are 31.5 wide with only a 5 deg bend. I left the throttle by wire notch. I do remember removing a nub from the throttle side. Just debur inside with a roto bur tool . My bars measure 34.5” assembled.

I just made 1.5" spacers. The pull back plate sits outside of the housing. There isn't enough room to fit it under like the old road glides.

@@T-Machinist I didn’t think you’d need a pull back plate since you ca n just bolt the riders to the triple tree now

Looks good. You running with no tune or the screaming eagle tuner?

The bike currently isn’t tuned, because I’m not riding it. I will wait till Dyno jet gets something figured out. It’s cold right now where I live. Down season if you want to call it that. We usually start riding around April or May. My end goal is shave as much weight as possible. It’s down around 100 lbs

Did you have to drill extra holes in the bars for the controls?

@@T-Machinist That's impossible! The cable through holes are on a completely different side and there needs to be a 1/4 inch hole for the new throttle by wire pin inside the control body.

@@MichaelMursick I didn’t drill a new hole in the bars. I just cut off the set pin.
