📝 Follow along as Mike shows you the ultimate doorway lat stretch. Some keys to optimizing your lat stretch are:

● Keep your palms facing up. This externally rotates the shoulder which stretches the lats even further
● Drop back leg and hip to futher accentuate the stretch
● “Look under your armpit”. That cue alone should be all you need to get the right torso rotation and futher arm elevation to maximize your stretching gainz!

Such a great video. unrelated question. Can you do a video about pelvic tilt? In particular, how come I am able to get more degrees of posterior tilt with bent knees but when my knees are straight my degree of posterior tilt is limited? Love the content and I hope to see more

when you bend your knees you are engaging your glutes to a higher degree which assists in a posterior pelvic tilt. it's likely a control limitation in that case.
