Usually with rain sounds it sends me to the bathroom but it is background so it works out wonderfully.

I listen to these videos every night, they always bring me so much peace. To everyone out there struggling, I hope you can find an opportunity to come up for air. I’ve been a bit overwhelmed this week but hopefully Monday starts a change.
