@@Sepherine I would take her vocal over Dio and Hansi anyday, anytime. She's always rated lower than Dio, Halford and other "heavy metal legends" just because she's a woman and she's living now, not in that 70-80s, when classic metal had its best era.

@@AllanMurmannthey open for bands that should be opening for them. They received the 2020 Juno award for best Rock/Metal album. They should be touring with Maiden. That's why they're criminally underrated. They should be 100 times bigger than they are.

When they came to UK they were the high liners and both times I've watched them they were in 02 arena with 20k plus people selling out for months. I'm not saying they are overrated but I'm a fan and loads of people know them. I think they are properly rated and getting crescent recognition.

Perhaps for a time, but with each successive album the entire band is just really coming together. For me it’s every single part now. They are becoming something truly great in my opinion. But yea Brittany still fuckin Slays as always.

@@jrtodd-br4zcSounds like they're getting better at strategically incorporating harsh vocals. I always feel like they could have more of that aspect to amp up the metal feel, but Brittney's vocal range with the wails usually does a good job carrying the vocal portion regardless.

I like to think it's because he is always mixed in soooo perfectly in the album mixes... close enough to the front to be heard but not overwhelmingly so... he is obviously valued in the band and it SHOWS... so he dances lol. Not many Bassists in this genre can say that... I mean, that's my head canon, anyway! \m/

@@measlyfurball37 I have listened to a lot of metal and a lot of guitar players ranging from classical to blues to metal and the skill set of this band really is top tier. Everyone in the group is excellent at what they do both technically and creatively. I've listened to lots of bands that are very skilled at playing their instruments, but the creativity that UTA brings to the table is what really puts them on that next level (in my opinion). It's been nice watching them evolve because it seems like their musical tastes and mine are remaining synced up so that everything they do just sounds good to me. Hehe. And it's just about time for the 30 day countdown to the new album!!!! I've got my pre-order in and have gotten their new single purchased, downloaded and replayed/repeated/reiterated aboooooot two to three hundred times already. I can't sing "like" Brittney, but I can sing "with" Brittney. LOL.

Given how much I've obsessed over this song, and how many times I've listened to it, May 10 cannot get here fast enough! And not only does this song give me old-school power ballad vibes, along with being heavy, but I am so happy for Brittney, because she seems more comfortable than ever with her voice being the only thing you hear. And more so now than five, six years ago, her voice and this band gives me so much joy listening to these metal masters ply and perfect their craft. I hope they get nominated for, and win, another Juno Award for 2023 Metal Album of the Year for Phantoma! LET'S GOOOO!! 🔥🤘🔥🤘🔥

Yeah, the chorus has been stuck in my head for 2 weeks straight. I keep thinking if I listen to it one more time, I'll be able to move on. Nope, not as yet.

This is a really good song. I am glad I saw Brittany on the new Ayreon video. I was really impressed with her voice and had to look her up and found me a new band.

I've been following UTA since Deamons of Astrowaste blew me away, for over 10 years I still hope to one day see them live in the UK (I sadly cannot make it to bloodstock) but for now, just knowing they're out there, kicking ass , playing music and loving life is enough for me!

Happy to see familiar musicians in the video (like Lutharo, Lords Of The Trident, etc). A good song & Concert video indeed! 👏👏👏
