"SEMAJ" beat me to it, but "what is this wizardry" is a line I've used repeatedly...in and out of context. Its perfect.

Oh, he wasn't ready. That was fun to witness. They are absolutely a beauty to behold. UTA metal in your face!

I have been blessed to have these guys and gal as local talent, lucky enough to see them live. At the show they showed their general of the dark army music video for the first time ever, we watched the whole video, everyone was still, no one moshing. Music video ends, everyone just goes nuts, they then proceed to play general of the dark army, holy shit so nostalgic, I will never forget that...

I only discovered Unleash the Archers last year (two years after Apex came out) courtesy of a KZread recommendation. I'm annoyed I hadn't heard of them earlier. Apex pretty quickly was elevated to one of my favourite albums of all time. It seriously gets better every time I listen to it, which is frequently. Gotta make up for lost time! ;)

Having listened to the last several albums by this band after recently finding them on Spotify, I can safely say the last two are the cream of the crop. On this last album Apex, "The Matriarch" and "Cleanse the Bloodlines" are both stellar. The band has videos for both out, as well. Given your reaction to this one, I'd highly recommend either, with "The Matriarch" being a more straight-forward example of their recent groove, and "Cleanse the Bloodlines" being heavier and more technical. yes this song came out in 2015 almost the same year as eandless forms most beautiful album by nightwish and their last tour was 2021 when audiences hear this in two months or how ever long it takes them to tour outside of their western Vancouver BC by that energy they exude in waves that is strong energy and in a live setting along with that absolutely awesome range she has and harmoninnzing with andrew so many really cool sound dynamics

I remember when this came out i stayed home from school because I was sick, and I saw that you reacted to UTA(which is my favorite band, and this is my favorite song by them). So there I was lying in bed, watching this and movin my fucking head to make the sickness go away. Any way hope you can do more of UTA :)

The only other live performance that pepped me up like this was when Blue Man Group did "I feel love" with Venus Hum....AWESOME!!! This HAS to be their BREAKTHROUGH song...I hope they can do more as dynamic as this!!!

This is why I like this channel, little gems hidden that you may have not heard otherwise. I'm not a big -core fan like Truant but I've found some I really like that I would have never given a chance otherwise without his videos (Thanks!). I'm glad Truant is open minded, I hope to see more reactions to bands outside his "comfort zone", and along the way I hope to find more bands outside my comfort zone as well. Idea: Tru(ant)sday (Truant + Tuesday), or something, where he shares something with us that is separate from his "playlist" of requests (read: his choice, not ours. Let him have a turn :)).
