Hey Yogi !! I am a 15 y.o. female and have been experiencing morning anxiety pretty much every day since the middle of August. When I wake up , the thing on my mind is “how bad is my anxiety going to get today”. I have learned that this is very unhealthy and can actually promote anxiety!! It is 8:47 where I live now and I woke up, per usual, feeling anxious. I started thinking okay … maybe I don’t have to do this alone and I can go to the internet for help. That’s exactly what I did, but the exercises weren’t really helping. I stumbled upon your video and I decided to try it out since rhythm seems to really help me calm down. After doing it for about 4 minutes, I found myself feeling a lot less anxious, and actually feeling happy. Thank you so much for this , it really does help if you focus on the tapping and breathing. Especially for me since I’ve never experienced anxiety to this extent before, and it’s all still very new to me. Again, thank you . ❤️ To anyone who can relate to my story, I promise you your anxiety is under control by you and you only. You have the ability to calm yourself down and you can do it!! One breath at a time , we will get through this :-)

I feel better because I’m so overwhelmed since school just started and all the assignments mess up my mental health because of all the due dates and stuff. Im glad this actually helped and this person is a mental health saver.
This stopped me from having a panic attack 🥰
Doing this just made me cry hard, but I feel a little better

I think it's just me but those affirmations that people tell you to think just make me more anxious. I only calm down if my mind is blank and I'm alone in a quiet space
This is really working. Specially when we tap our head. And the thing she is saying that also can calm .

When you’re in public it makes it easier if you just tap on your collar bone and your karate chop hand area. It still works with out making it so obvious and hopefully no one will ask.

I’ve been anxious my entire life but I didn’t know anyone else with anxiety. The adults in my life and even doctors didn’t understand what I was going through with panic attacks. I’ve noticed that A LOT more people have anxiety now and oddly enough that has made my anxiety so much worse. Why are we all so anxious?? Makes me feel like I’ve been right to be anxious all along

This never has the effect you want it to have. Comes across as superficial preaching so you feel good about yourself. Moreover, there is no pre-Tribulation rapture so using bad theology to lure people into your religion is absurd.

I tried it anyway now, and surprisingly the head tapping and some others were okay and worked. The tapping underneath my eye made me anxious and nauseous immediately but the rest was pretty okay I'll keep trying the taps that felt better Thank you
will try this got so much anxiety I am scared that I will lose a year I have many assignments pending and my term exam are around the corner I lost a lot of time for preparing my makeup exam for the previous year and this year my course time is so short because of what corona did and i can't cope with the pace
Tapping is just a way to focus on something different rather than fixating on what’s causing the anxiety… Try tapping under your foot and or clapping your hands. In other words, it’s a distraction👍 Visualize the train that’s running through your brain on a different track. It’s a brain exercise That works too 😎👍

I can't do this I go from anxious to annoyed in two seconds. I hate being tapped ANYWHERE not sure why but it just irritates me 😆 wether it's my head shoulder arm hand anywhere it just ahhh lol never knew why though been happening all my life
