It's illegal to fish where he's at. It is clearly marked. He trespassed to get to where he is, had to walk along a busy highway (safety hazard) to get there, there is also no parking.

@Andrew E No, I don't have a timestamp for it, I live by that lake. Since I called him out, on a previous video, for parking in front of a no parking sign, which also said no fishing, he quit showing those signs in the background. Also, he had four poles in the water, in Illinois, it's two poles only, unless otherwise noted. It's also illegal to drive in Illinois, while using an electronic device.

Just a thought... It would be so awesome if you were to buy an underwater drone and explore some of the spillways before you fish it. That would make for some interesting footage if the water isnt so merky. That way you know how deep it goes and you can see if there could be any monster fish in the location.

Been watching the channel for a couple years now and and cant stop saying "see ya later buddy!" every time i put a fish back now haha

So with a bit of google earth research myself, I've managed to positively identify a couple of spots you've successfully fished and are within a reasonable distance for us to check out. Hey bro I have a good fishing spot for you in Marion IL it’s called the A-41 fishing ponds and it has monster bass my dad caught a 7 pounder there and it also has monster catfish but there are cows there although you will be ok if you stay away from them good luck 😀
