I think Kris's soul has only one file, but their determination was augmented to an extraordinary extent by something, so they are much more powerful now, but also not in full control of themselves.

Same with sans after you beat him, literally all hell rains down the first time you fight him, but you slowly get used to his moves and after you kill him, he honestly gets easier than undyne the undying I remember with this fight i just couldnt get past floweys first moves, it felt literally impossible, i think i had to watch someone else do it just so i could get through it Slowly i was able to dodge them enough for the moves not to kill me This game does seriously good with balancing its bullet hell attacks

Technically not a bug, some games do this normally to work around other constraints. In a text based engine I coded for example, every event is also technically a room.

The intro to Your Best Nightmare is still one of the most badass spine-chilling melodies I've ever heard in a video game.

8:00 all I hear is flowey making the “NooOh” sound while you hear parts of him falling onto the ground

So I used the family computer to play this game, and one night during the weekend my whole family went to bed and I stayed in the living room to keep playing Undertale because it was so fun. Almost all of the lights were off in the house and it was around midnight, but I wanted to see what happened next. I was near the end of the game, and I was having a great time with it. However, I got to the part where Flowey maniacally laughs and literally straight up crashes your game, and I cannot explain how much my heart dropped from fear at that moment. I ended up being brave and opened the game back up, but I was still super scared. But then I saw Omega Flowey and he did his demonic laugh and I shut the computer off right away and booked it into my room because I was so scared. This is probably one of my favorite games from the past decade, but I was definitely not expecting that scare at midnight out of nowhere.

Best song in the game. It’s so beautiful how it starts out chaotic and creepy, almost like trying to break you with how it sounds. This is Flowey’s theme, he is the boss. But as the fight progresses and you are able to take Flowey face on, the music changes, it becomes uplifting and motivational, Flowey isn’t a threat anymore. Now this is your theme, you are the boss

_This is all just a bad dream..._ *...but I’m the one who says when it ends.*

If you're interested about how Photoshop Flowey was designed, I highly recommend reading through the Undertale art book, it has a whole section about how Everdraed designed him.

My favourite battle in the game. Always gave me chills when you die it totally boots you out the game. Just the silence... I wish I could battle this for the first time again. I can't believe this is just the normal battle, it's so good!

I would give literally anything to experience this boss again for the first time. The absolute panic in the last section as you’re finally landing hits on him as fast as you can is just. Mwah. It’s so good.

Inky Jonin my sister and I played it together and she did this boss fight and didn’t die, but then I started my own run and I’m still on the fight, it was late at night and since I’m garbage at the game I’ve died multiple times, and I was terrified once I saw those “HAHAHAHAHA”s and it closed the game.

LOL, i love the fact that this song helped me studying for my test (at first, it was a nightmare, but at the finale, i just realized that all the way i went through was fun. Wish me luck till the day.)

The sound of his pain going from "ow" to that low pitched screech is so satisfying, it gives you the feelingh of "FUCK YEA HOW'S IT FEEL, BITCH?"

I love how this went from evil to a kind hearted person trying to get out at 7:14, this what we need in today's music. Brings back so memories of videos and memes.

6:34 fave part, so calm and relaxing and then goes back to intensity.

Fun fact:frisk was using the worn dagger and it says the worn dagger is good for cutting vines, and you fight Flowey with the worn dagger

After undertale yellow, It does makes me go "Clover, you have been vengeance"

The best part about how Finale is still a remix of Flowey's theme but just brassier and more uplifting is how it shows that he's actually just trolling you and is still in control of the fight, but having freed the six SOULS by that point lets the player know that, no matter what tricks he has left up his sleeve, he is only lulling himself into a false sense of security and not the other way around-he has already lost the fight.

Undertale: the game, where there's a boss that can load save files. That's why I love this game

I knew the "rings of power" little motif sounded familiar! Every now and then there's this motif in the show and it really sounds like the beginning of this

I don't think enough people appreciate the sheer amount of creativity it took to put those 2 themes through that many arrangements and keys and still have it fit so well together. This song is amazing
