That was really insightful! We really have to trust in God’s sovereignty. Even if there’s a “bad result” from our decisions, we know that God is in control. If God permitted it, God has a purpose in it🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾

"If God permitted it, He has a purpose for it". This is so true and helps me understand how to trust Him more! Sometimes it's hard to remember that even if we are, God isn't surprised by our circumstances. I really want Him to teach me how to pray all night too. Thank you Kaci ❤️

How would you explain this to a trauma victim

This was altogether FREEING, Kaci 😭 i can be so stuck with decision making that it paralyzes me whenever i think about making the wrong one.. but whoa, when you reminded of God’s sovereignty and ability to use even what looks like “bad” outcomes, the weight of the world fell off my shoulders 🙏🏼 God bless you!

So happy for you 💗 And amen, He really does have a Plan in all this, and one day you will get to look back and understand too :) I went through something similar with re-entering the nursing program as confusing/unwanted/unplanned for that it was back then, and now- 2 years being a RN and seeing Him & everything else through a different lens 💛✨

Very deep message Kaci!! Makes me think of Rom 8:28. All things in and of themselves are not good, but all things work together for good. God takes our hurt, pain, and even our mistakes, and turns it all into a masterpiece for His glory and our good.

It is rare to hear what you said but aligns with what I believe! During difficult times, God is using that time for a purpose! It is happening for a reason and we need to trust God's plan for us and what he is teaching us at every moment. So cool to hear what I think from you!

Wow. I really enjoyed this whole video! I really needed it. It might be awhile to memorize scripture to keep it in my heart, remember it, and make a decision that lines up with His word.

You don’t need to memorize it. Just read it, meditate in the sacred word and live by it.

Thanks Kaci! Just found you and what a timely video for me. You are full of wisdom. I also sometimes suffer on making big decisions for fear of making mistake. I actually came upon this principle when I read Matthew and like what you said, Jesus prayed a lot before making big decisions. That was a huge eye opening for me and thanks for emphasizing it.

I am seeking a serious relationship, you know, my suitable helper, already to settle down and It is very hard. Once we've found each other " I know I would have found the favor of Our Lord". Unchanging word would say I shouldn’t get a divorce unless I’m cheated on… but I’m verbally abused, manipulated and controlled by my husband is not a Christian… The only reason I’m staying and have given 4 babies to my husband is because of what the Bible says. Can you please give me advice. Give me hope. Because it’s been 8 years. I don’t know how much longer I’m supposed to put up with it. He won’t let me go to church, he threaten to divorce me if I continued to take my kids with me to church and in the Bible it says to obey my husband. So I stopped going. God uses our pain for the good but I can’t even worship at home without my husband coming in and getting angry over it. My kids are seeing this! I need help and I need someone to bring some light to me to know, if I leave I don’t want to have made the wrong decision. I have been going back and forth for so long. I know we are going to face troubles but please give me empowerment and understanding on what I should do.

You need to divorce him. I just divorced my abusive husband and I feel free and clear. I was depressed, I was drowning for 10 years. I have 5 kids and I have never felt better in my decision and I wish I had done it sooner. I even stopped going to church cuz I questioned God. My kids and I are better off. God did not design marriage to be abusive. It was mentally draining. I was mad everyday For the things he said and was always scared. There’s no way that I would have survived another year. I did it on my own. Thinking about what everyone will say but it’s my life and I’m living for God with my kids. It will get better. Pray and pray with your kids. Don’t let him keep you from going to church and praying. I hope you become strong enough for your kids to know you guys deserve better even if the father is not involved or around. You need peace to take care of your kids the right way.
