One thing I’ve really learned was to being patient and staying strong in waiting for Elohim’s timing! It’s hard to wait for him and it definitely gets discouraging. Just that thought in your head that you can get something you want faster by going the other way or thinking we need it now which can lead to us doing something that isn’t in his will. It’s very important that in those discouraging moments that we don’t try to lean on our own understanding because we will do more harm than good and he will have to clean up the mess we made which will take longer than if you would’ve trusted in him. We just have to realize that in the season of waiting, Elohim is preparing us for the blessing because he knows that if we receive it when we’re not ready, the blessing will control us instead of us controlling the blessing. His timing isn’t our timing and his timing is perfect. We’re in the season we’re in for a reason and once we realize that he’s preparing us in waiting, that how we can build our faith and trust in him knowing that it will eventually work out in his divine timing and it will be completely worth it!!!✨🙌🏾

Father I know you allowed me to see this video for a reason. For about a year now I’ve been wanting to leave my current career. Last January I found a job but it ended up not being a good fit. A few months go by and my husband and I find a perfect place to build our first home (good thing I didn’t switch jobs). God was preparing us for the buying/building process. We just closed on our home a week ago and my current job is over 40 minutes away from home and I now feel the urge to find a new job that I can do from home job. I woke feeling super discouraged because I haven’t found anything yet but I know I need to continue to have strong faith and wait on the Lord and His perfect timing. I really resonate with the last reason “God wants us to come prepared not promptly”. I have been praying for a person and i to get together and God is having us start as friends cause he knows when his time comes for this person and i to be together. I will be ready and he sees how amazing this person is, so God is preparing me so I can be the best version of myself In my current waiting season.

‘Wait’ is a four-letter word! My lesson now is learning to be content where he’s placed me right now. It’s hard!

After my breakup in my last relationship, which was two years ago, I was trying to date around, and desperate for validation from women. God didn't let me succeed because He knew I was brokenhearted and desperate for connection, which not have resulted in a fruitful relationship with someone else. Even though it was extremely painful, God used that time to grow me closer to the person He meant for me to become. Now my heart is almost completely healed and I no longer seek to find someone. I am content being single.

I know I should be patient because God’s timing is perfect but I’m 31 now and everyone around me is getting married, starting families … I’m happy for them but it’s so hard ☹️

I feel your pain. I'm younger than you, but I am in the same boat. My sister is barely two years older and planning on getting married quite soon. Remember by looking around at others and our circumstances we will always doubt and worry. Only if we look up to Jesus in trust, will we find peace. His Plan is for our benefit always! Continue to trust in Him. He has a beautiful plan in the works🙏

Wowowowow this gave me so peace. I’ve been on a detour for the past couple of years not knowing why I was living in this place away from my family, I’m in a place to potentially go to the next place, but I just want to cling to God closer that if it’s time to go towards the path that I’ll be ready and rooted in Him. I can't explain the courses my life has taken. I've tried at times & can't make heads or tails of most of it. Maybe one day it will be revealed to me. I just know right now things seem very dark & I'm so so far from my end goal......I pray, but often I worry.

Thank you for this encouraging video. I can relate with it when it comes to relationships area. Yesterday I felt so anry and frustrated. I pray for a godly marriage (and I'm trying to be proactive) for a long time and recently I've started comparing myself to christians who met their significant other early in life. They avoided so much heartbreak, disappointment, loneliness and I wondered why God takes me through such a hard and exhausting route. Sometmes I forget there can be many aspect only God can see and I can't.

Good comes in the waiting!! It sure is humbling!!!

I just ended a three-year relationship with the love of my life. In short, he is mentally not ready to be a husband and needs time to improve who he is with himself and himself in GOD. I just found your videos this past week so that I can be more consistent being in the word. I never knew that there was a clear easy way that the Israelites could have gone. It makes so much more sense now why they complained so much. I am currently taking a break from my schooling that I was working so hard on, but it was too stressful. Thank you for the encouragement that God has a plan and purpose for the pause in my life.

God is sovereign over it all for sure, thank you for this video. It was super helpful and encouraging. In my life I like to be in control and to do everything in a hurry. God has me in a season of slowing down and I questioned it at first. I have repented and I am so thankful He did take me the long route on this one. Due to God taking me the long route I finally have self worth and I am getting back on my health journey. Praise God.

I love your messages - they are so applicable to real life. Only the bible gives such wisdom, which you have beyond your years! Tough, long periods of wilderness teach endurance and build faith, as God is always faithful! Most unfortunately patience is only learned by waiting, the most excruciating lesson of all! It becomes a lot less painful when you use your waiting time to seek the Lord with all of your heart. Then you almost forget about the thing that you are waiting for! :)

I had watched couple of your videos sometime ago and subsequently have missed a few in between, happened to see your video, again by chance, but I strongly believe it has a reason why God allowed me to watch this. I'm going through this detour in life and God haa kept me strong so far and I'm sure he will continue to keep me strong. But as human weakness we sometimes tend to fall back. God led me to this video and wow it was right on time. This really blessed me

One way that God has worked by a detour in my life was during Covid lockdowns. Before Covid, I had attended a church, but started feeling very tired of going. During the Covid lockdowns, God worked in my life through various people to teach me the importance of church, especially through a Bible study on Ephesians. Then, as I started at a new church, I did not feel the burdens I felt before, but rather wholeheartedly knew why I wanted to go to church - It is so I can encourage other brothers and sisters in Christ, and also be supported in my faith and not grow weary in my faith. Though originally, I thought of church as a place I got weary of, it was the very place I now know I can find comfort and rest in. 🥲

Wow, this was good on so many levels and so relevant to my life as a whole. I've had detours in moves mostly and each move has proved to be a blessing from God and in hindsight I understood why He allowed the detours. This is just one area where I have had detours, there are many others. I thank God for loving and caring about me to give me the best outcome possible rather than a quick outcome that won't be the best for me.

Thank you for helping me get thru the wilderness; renewed my hope and walk.

that's probably faith-related OCD.. you can get intrusive thoughts like that if you have it, "There is no condemnation for those who are in Christ." Romans 8:1 Hope this helps!

This is legalism Paul was talking to the women in corinth because of what was happening in the church of corinth He didn't tell the Galatians or ephesians Please ensure you read bible in context
