Thanks for sharing this video. I really enjoyed learning so much and listening to you explain everything. Especially sharing about that "sealant" and using distilled water to clean it all out at the end. Great job! Looking forward to your next one. :)

You're vids have been really helpfull. I've actually been rebuilding a 2000 Celica GTS and I just put a new radiator in it but I can't remember where the upper hose that's next to the petcock(?) Does it go to the heat core or somewhere else on the engine?

Sebass when you said you think the compression is going bad for the engine when you crank it, how do you know it’s showing signs of that??

Remove the spark plugs and crank the engine. That’s how a low compression engine sounds Like

Need help man 05 celica GT running hot. Only code was for coolant temp sensor but I replaced that and still trying to run hot! Think it’s air in the system or thermostat? Tried to bleed the system but didn’t get the reservoir as high as you in the video so might not have worked

check to make sure you dont have a clogged heater core or radiator if previous owner ran nothing but water.

@@2zzlow not sure what it was. Replaced temp sensor, thermostat, and radiator and problem fixed. I went with one of the screw type hose clamps on the bottom radiator hose and it was leaking just a small drip. Replaced it back with the factory style clamp and no more leak
