Dimash is the most amazing vocalist on this planet. Just watch the song with subtitles and you will understand. I call him my soul healer, because nobody touches my heart and soul and moves me the way he does. Such kind of emotion is healing. Dimash is famous around the entire world. He has over 140 fanclubs in over 100 countries around the world. The largest fanclub (approx. 8-10 million Dears) is in China where he became a mega star in 2017 when he competed on the professional singers competition The Singer tv show at the age of 22. @@nancypriddy4382 No date announcement yet. Just that the USA is part of the list of upcoming countries targeted for the Stranger tour. Right now only available ticket sales for Prague and Dusseldorf. The Dimash team are careful to make sure a certain percentage of tickets are sold before announcing each new city and date. I am going to guess the USA will likely be closer to the first quarter 2025 since Astana is in September and Singapore is likely the next announced date.

Hello!! Welcome to the Dimash Era !!! The first time I heard Dimash I was shocked just like you. I couldn't believe what I was hearing. My first songs that I heard from Dimash were SOS and Sinful passion. I recommend that you start there. You will be tied up like all the "dears" of him. That's what Dimash calls his fans and we are millions around the world. Dimash was born into a home of musicians. At 5 years of age he began training him at a music school where he was diagnosed with "absolute pitch". At 6 years old he won his first piano competition. Most of the world outside of North America has heard of Dimash because most of the world is more open to the kind of talent that Dimash displays. Dimash has made a personal and business decision to have his own independent production company and not to establish a relationship with western labels which would undoubtedly restrict his creativeness and the complexity of his music. Can you imagine MTV running a 13:40 music video? Well, Dimash has one of those and it should be seen by everyone all over the planet but would never get airplay in the US music media and, by the way, is not one for you to jump into right away but only after you have established a firm idea of what Dimash is all about. Dimash doesn't have a usual register, he has a 7.2 octave range and 25 years of music education, according to his latest interview about to complete his PhD this year. Dimash has both a classical and a jazz/pop education so does anything from full on opera to rap and you never know what to expect next. He has performed songs in 15 different languages but luckily for us subtitles are available for all songs on his channel in up to 27 languages as he has a global fanbase. You only need to click the cc button to know exactly what he's singing about. To show the diversity of Dimash I would strongly recommend his MV When I've Got You and also his Duet with Placido Domingo, both of these on his own channel.

Can we say "closed captions?" There are almost always English translations of Dimash's videos because he sings in so many languages. Dimash puts all of his emotions into every performance. His concerts are always sold out with "Dears" worldwide. He did a concert in New York at the Barclay Center and there were Dears ( Dimash's name for his fans) from 47 States and 54 countries. The West is missing out on this talent because Dimash refuses to get caught up in the machinations of the music industry here in the States. He is a man of integrity, compassion, generosity, and kindness. he loves and is so proud of his country, and his family and is totally dedicated to his music. He stated in one interview that he knows he made a lot of sacrifices over the years for his music. He once said that if you were to cut open his heart, you would see music, and he has never wanted to do anything else other than sing. You should check a series of videos called "The Ultimate Dimash Guide". It gives a greater insight into Dimash. I hope you continue on this journey of Dimash. I've listened to every song (except country) ever written and sung by the best there ever was for over eighty years.. and I can honestly say "SOS" by Dimash Qudaibergen is my all time favorite. The fact that this isn't the best SOS performance of Dimash, but still everyone's dying tells you what insane level he really is..... I mean his best is really otherworldly.... O GOD.......Dimash is a storyteller who uses his entire arsenal (technique, vocal range, body expression, style...) as a resource to involve the audience in the story he presents. When we pay attention to the lyrics, the story behind it, the feeling that it can wake up, then we understand that everything he does is not for personal exaltation, but to captivate and elevate what he is singing! When Dimash sings, it becomes the music itself!

Yes it is a shock when you first hear Dimash. I was floored when I first heard him. He is one of the best vocalist on the planet.

Now that you have entered the world of Dimash, music will never sound the same!! He sings in 7 octaves, 7 sub-octaves, 16 languages (he speaks Kazakh, Russian, and English fluently but, sings 16 altogether), and 9 different genres. IMHO, he's the GOAT. I attended his concert in Budapest last month. And, lucky me, I am returning to Europe for two more shows in November: Prague and Dusseldorf. Dimash is the only person I would travel to see, anywhere, anytime. If rumors are true, he may be doing shows next year in Tokyo and Seoul, so you know where I will be!

I liked and subscribed hoping for more Dimash reactions😊 Dimash is a 30-years old singer from Kazakhstan and believe me, you’ve seen nothing at all. In my opinion you have discovered the best singer in the world. He has perfect pitch and currently has a vocal range of 6 octaves. Not in one song (mostly anyway😅). However, if you include the notes he has sung live in his concerts so far, you get almost 8 octaves (7.7 from vocal fry C1 (B0) to the whistle register D8; this note is no longer on the piano). At least that's what he's shown us so far. And this in all registers (chest, mixed and head voice up to the whistle register). The transitions from one register to the other are so fluid that they are sometimes not recognized even by vocal coaches or professional singers. His voice is the result not only of his God-given talent, but also of his almost 25 years of hard daily training. From the age of 5 he attended music school in his hometown of Aktobe. He plays several instruments like piano, dombra (a kazach instrument), drums, marimba and more. He has classical as well as contemporary vocal training and sings in different genres from opera to pop, jazz, Kazakh folk, ballads, RnB and he even raps a bit. And often he skillfully mixes several genres in one song. Mainly classic and pop, so he created a new crossover genre. And meanwhile in more than 10 languages. And at his concert in Almaty, Kazakhstan on September 23, 2022 he sang in 7 languages in one concert! And at his concert in Yerevan on April 29, 2023, he sang an Armenian folk song for the first time (it has to be about 16 or 17 languages so far). He sings no mainstream and is a completely independent artist. He is managed by his father Kanat, who founded his own company "DimashAli Creative Center". The logo can be seen at the beginning of many of Dimash's videos. Maybe that’s the reason you never heard of him yet. He doesn’t sell his soul to a music label. He doesn’t want to be dictated by money when he has to sing what, when, where and how. Many of my favorite songs are in his native tongue. He is a nice, intelligent, respectful and humble person. He respects people regardless of their original, religion or profession. He truly loves his homeland Kazakhstan and his people with all his heart and always shows it with pride in many of his songs, concerts and interviews. During his concerts in Dubai, Düsseldorf and Prague in 2022, before he performed his song War And Peace, he told the audience he loves all people in every country (and he still does). And there are no bad nations (only bad leaders). And I absolutely believe this. His concert in September 23, 2022 was in Almaty, Kazakhstan. It was so amazing and it lasts almost 4 hours. Believe it or not but he really gets better and better. Every time you think you know him and his art, you realize you are so wrong. He's very spiritual and thankful for the gift God has given him. But he also works very hard to constantly improve his vocal skills. He said in an interview that he trains at least 3 hours every day, if necessary, it can be 10 hours to prepare for a concert. He loves swimming and also a lot under water. Maybe that's why he has this large lung capacity to hold the notes as long as he does. He's a singer you can't put in any box. He sings almost every genre there is. You can't compare him to any other singer on this planet. He has so many different music genres and styles. He loves Freddie Mercury, but also Michael Jackson, Lara Fabian, Luciano Pavarotti and Eminem and you can also hear that one or the other has an influence on some of his songs. Every time you watch a video, expect the unexpected. Even the covers he sings he makes his own and brings elements into the song that you would never expect. Also, the reason you haven't heard if him is because he wouldn't give up his creative freedom to any global music conglomerates. But his latest concert on Istanbul was attended by the fans from over 80 countries, so that's should tell you something. Also he is frends with David Foster, one of the major canadian- american record producer and Walter Afanasief, but prefer to stay an independent artist. I guess when you have a near 8 octave range and so many singing techniques at your disposal you can sing anything !!
