Ain't gonna happen. Mr Olive Oil is scared of Uncle Roger because he keeps exposing him and his lack of knowledge of pretty much everything that has to do with cooking.

My grandma usually made fried rice with crispy rice but the crispy rice was made from the wok when she made the fried rice itself not from the white rice. It's so good actually.

Crispy rice can be used in fried rice but it has to be deep fried in oil until its crispy brown and separated.

I fucked up my rice the last time i made bimibap and I could hear Uncle Roger go ''If rice to wet you fucked up'' and ''NO NO DON'T USE COLANDER!'' I felt very ashamed of myself :P

There is a cat similar to yours at one of my favorite Chinese restaurants. I told the Chinese lady running the restaurant it was a "High 5" cat because it's arm could swing back and forth after lightly fist bumping or high fiving it. Either she's really polite or genuinely amused. Either way I tip about 20 to 25% because the food and service is so good.

The cat is actually part of Chinese culture! It's called a Zhao Cai Mao (招财猫) in Mandarin, meaning "cat who beckons luck" so it's really common to see in lots of Chinese restaurants. The waving arm is the cat "ushering" in good luck to everyone around it!

Hopefully it wasn't that "garlic goes in first because it takes a while to release its fragrance" because that's just dead ass wrong! Hopefully it was don't take cooking tips from a comedian. Just enjoy the comedy.

@@turt1e maybe it's not quite true, but in asian cooking, garlic and onion/shallot do always come first bcs it adds aroma to the oil.
