Hii akka can we use brass and bronze vessels for serving purpose please reply me. I mean hot curry items can be used or not

Yes yes...for serving both are good...but for more tomato or tamarind based curries, tin coated vessels are better, even for serving.

Can't say exact method. But i use tamarind to wash ,it will maintain shining, not too shiny.
