But till now I've only heard that bronze (we call it kansa) vessels are not to be used in cooking. Their best utility is to eat in them. How do you do it here? That too without tin coating. I though it will break or crack when heated.. no?

Only sour foods are not to be cooked in bronze. In south india (not sure about North India) most traditional cooking without sour flavour were cooked in bronze vessels mud pots and kalchatti in previous time. For cooking sour items, tin coated vessels were used.

Nice video! What size bronze kadai did you purchase? And does that work well for your daily cooking?

For healthy life you should avoid such kind of cutting boards 😂....use pure woods .... tamarind wood is good

Thank u for being a nice subscriber. And again thank u for suggesting me tamarind cutting board.. As a first step i switched to bamboo cutting board.. searching for a good wood board that doesn't get fungus. As i always wash after cooking its a big problem for me.. If tamarind board is free from this problem, tell me where i can get one..
