Yes we can make porridge in bronze. We cannot use anything that has tamarind and turmeric in bronze. I keep it for not more than 3 hrs

Wow superb collections. Don't use that old brass vessel for cooking rice. Because I think inside of tin coating is not properly. Use for storing water or dry items. Check once

பித்தளை பாத்திரம் ஈயம் இருந்தாலும் கூட (ஈயத்தில் உப்பு வைக்கக்கூடாது) உப்பு போட்டு வைக்க மாப.ட்டார்கள். கடைக்காரர்களிடம் தெளிவாக விசாரிக்கவும்.

Bronze no problem in normal cleaning. But tin coated brass not like that. One full night soak in cow dung after that normal cleaning. Search in you tube video is there.
