Finally a Revv amp, I can't wait to watch your demo!

Your assumptions on the purple and red channels are wrong. They don’t differ at all in response, just in the amount of lower mids. Red channel has more lower mids (350Hz) like a peavy or Marshall, purple is scooped in that region, even more than an evh stealth. Otherwise they are exactly the same. Every difference you hear in bass response/tightness etc is psychoacoustics. It’s really easy to make the channels sound the same with an eq band at 350Hz. Just reamp a track and test it for yourself. This is by far my favorite amp! Between the two channels and the voicing switches it can basically do all the high gain sounds from jcm800 (red with no switches) to super modern (purple with all the switches).

Finally!!! Been wanting you to get of one of these for years! I have a 100R Mk III and I love it!

Now I think this is a proper modern amp. You can add effects or complex multi effects pedals around the amp, you can sync with MIDI your song so it switches for the right riff at the right time plus you can just bring it home and track with it.

My favorite amp brand. Glad to see you finally try one out. 🤟🤟🤟

Omg finally a revv amp!

Revv is sick. Had a 120Mk3 Rev A so I’m sure this latest update is even better! Currently rocking the G50 and the new purple channel is incredible.

Been wondering when you were going to get a Revv, excited to see what you do with it. I used to own a mini rectifier, watching your videos on that amp is how I found your channel. I recently sold my mini rectifier in favor of the Revv G20 lunchbox head, and it is absolutely incredible. Not that the mini rectifier was bad, but the Revv is just so easy to work with and sounds so good, the built in two notes is also incredible. Lots of people say Revv's don't need boosts, which is true you can get great tone without one...but try a Maxon OD808 in front of it, and turn the gain down on the amp. Sounds monstrous, but maintains clarity.

First, you should seek help, you have to many Amps! I don't mind to take some from you 😜 Second, I tried this amp a while ago and was some disappointed by the sound it produces. Then again, it was at the well known Dutch pink boxes company so it probably had several issues since they just don't care about the products they sell 😅😂
