Great find ! The bayonet after the two arisaka bayonets is for a gras, and as you saw, the date of manufacture and place of manufacture is written on the blade. The third one after the Gras is a carcano 1891 bayonet. And boy oh boy the rosalie (the strange bayonet with a brass handle made for the lebel) that you got is in excellent shape, it's rare to see them in this shape.

You're right, 06:07 is a Brazilian 1908 Mauser bayonet. If the blade is 12" long, it's a standard 1908, if it's 15" long it's a 1908/34. The frog probably goes to it as well.
