Very nice! I have a collection of M7’s, The Imperial is very nice! I have 3-4 Imperial, 4 BOC, 2 Colt, and a couple Germany! I got most of mine back before the price went through the roof! Two of mine are uncirculated like yours. The M7 is my favorite bayonet!

Great vid, I have a very similar knife I bought in the 70's same blade and fittings but mine has a leather handle with the rings carved into it. Cheers from New Zealand.

I recently got a reproduction M7 from an outfit in Michigan called “World War Supply”, to go with my “retro” AR. It seems to be correct in every detail except for the scabbard, particularly the tip, which is a separate part on the original but on mine is part of the whole piece. Other than that it looks to be a pretty accurate copy. The only weird thing about it is that it has no markings or any information on the packaging - and I looked, believe me - as to where it was made or by whom. I’m guessing China, since I suspect that the vendor might not have wanted customers to see that. It is well-made, though; the build quality is nothing to be ashamed of. Only thing I’m sure of is that it isn’t US-made, cuz if it were, it would definitely say that somewhere. Also it probably isn’t from Japan, as it would likely have been more expensive in that case. It cost me $70 bucks out the door. Maybe that’s a lot for a repro M7 but an authentic one I found online (advertised as 1973 production) was going for a bit more than a hundred bucks, and I’m not a collector, so I figured the $70 repro work just fine with my rifle. Anyway, I’m guessing the source as PRC, maybe S. Korea, maybe Taiwan, maybe even Vietnam; if the latter, that would be particularly ironic. Know anything about where these repros are coming from?

I’m not sure, and with no markings on it, it will be difficult to get an exact answer. You could try reaching out to the seller.

I checked recently, the Amazon listing isn’t there anymore. There’s a ton on eBay though, not many in the box however.

Shouldn't that one have stayed sealed for another 50 years and be high value?
