Hi new to the channel from Australia , for those modellers who maybe interested there are a lot more add too's for this kit for example , a fully detailed bridge interior both resin & photo etch next a photo etch hangar bay with resin shuttles both from greenstawberry , finally at this time detailed paint masks from Mask Design now he uses blue vinyl which means they are reusable to a point , it's up to you ...good modelling .

Klingon ships are very menacing, but Starfleet ships do have that special elegance to them as well.

You’ve sent me a sticker and I LOVE IT, also want a magnet too! The bridge is also different and the side panels on the head of the Kronos One over the K’Tinga.

Very excited to finally see a decent unboxing of this model kit on youtube. The others have been terrible model builders.

yeah I bought the K'tinga before this was announced and went to the added expense of getting custom 3D printed nacelle grills and 3 volt green LED strip to splice in, all that was sold last month once I got this on preorder, have fun with your build Mark!

if they made the 350 refit out of black plastic, you couldn't do the internal spotlight trick

Thanks Ken, almost seems like even the recycled parts are more crisply molded than the k'tinga.

Very nice review. I have mine on it's way. Looking forward to receiving it. Oh BTW. I would not want the refit in black . Raytheon lighting would be impossible.

Yeah your right I forgot about Raytheon lighting, I'm not going that route so must be why it slipped my mind.

The reason the 350 Klingon kits are molded in black is because it prevents bleed through of the internal lights, if they should ever do a light kit for the 350 refit then future refit model maybe molded in black.

I was corrected by a few people why they will not do the refit in black plastic as some amount of people do a lighting effect called where they light the registry from behind the white plastic, if it was black that would not be possible.
