I've been a Whole Food Plant-Based Vegan for ~7 years. I started for WFPB eating for my health for my stroke and aphasia (I got buried down on research, studies, and evidence-backed videos), but animal cruelty, environment and pandemic were not far behind. AND I've watched KZread videos (of course, PCRM, as well as Nutritionfacts, vegan doctors, Earthling Ed, Jamie's Corner 😉, etc) and read all the books and documentaries on vegan and plant-based medical fields (What The Health, The Game Changers, Seaspiracy, Dominion, "How Not To Age" book, etc.... well, all of them! You've got one I need to see/read, send it my way!), AND... watching this, I cried and this is a powerful and important work. Kudos for all the team that put this together!

I have been plant based since the 90's when I was a truck driver and was sent to pick up a load of cow hides at a slaughter house. The smell, the noises, and the fear have never left me. Then I was sent to a dairy farm in Minnesota to deliver silage bags and got a tour of the farm. I could not believe what I saw, a far cry from happy cows that are depicted in commercials.

Hey, thank you for the heads up of your comment. I have an upregulated nervous system, and therefore I am highly sensitive. That kind of stuff really messes me up. I will tread lightly on this one.

Education is important. Where I come from there are still people that think, being vegan means you’re a witch.😂😂 😂 so I have to be careful broadcasting that I am a vegan😅

I only watched the first 10 minutes of this movie and had to turn it off. The first part of the movie had no lighting and portrayed a young girl being chained up, tortured and had her baby taken away from her. I assumed the story was going to show the similarities between the torture of factory farm cows. However I was planning to tell about this movie to some of my friends but it started out too gruesome even for me to watch it, I decided not too. I am on a Whole-Food Plant-Based Diet and I do not like the Factory Farming treatment of animals (keeping cows pregnant year round to supply milk for humans, the taking away of the baby calves at birth) but this movie is over the top.
