guys, that'S not the driver who fail - it's the VEHICLES that fail - too low on the road, too much electronics, and little to no protection against water ... definitely not made for fords and floods ...
2:45 That tosser should be prosecuted. Section 3 of the road traffic act. Splashing pedestrians is illegal. It falls under aggressive, inconsiderate and/or careless driving.
