Well said👏🏻 మీరు అన్నట్లు దీని పైన చర్చ పెడితే దానికి ఏ విధమైన అల్లరి, గోల చేసి అడ్డు పడకుండా తమ రాజకీయ ప్రయోజనాలు చూసుకొని, ఆ బిల్ ను వక్రీకరించి ప్రజలను రెచ్చగొట్టకుండా నిస్వార్ధంగా ప్రతిపక్షాలు ప్రభుత్వానికి సహకరిస్తాయంటారా? పోనీ మన మీడియా ప్రతిపక్షాలకి అనుగుణంగా కాకుండా ప్రజలకు అర్ధమయ్యే విధంగా దానిని ప్రజల్లోకి తీసుకొని వెళుతుందా? సోషల్ మీడియా వచ్చిన తరువాత మాత్రమే మాలాంటి వారికి మీ లాంటి వారు చెప్పే మంచి మాటలు కనీసం చేరుతున్నాయి.

అన్ని నీతులూ, అన్ని ఉదాహరణలూ, అన్ని సలహాలూ హిందువులు భలే నోరెత్తకుండా వెళ్ళబెట్టుకుని చూస్తూ పైగా విమర్శించే వారిని నోరారా పొగిడి నెత్తికెత్తుకనే ఉత్తమ సంస్కారవంతులు. మన పక్కన పాత బస్తీకి సౌదీ నుంచి వచ్చే 60 ఏళ్ళకి పైబడ్డ ముసలి వాళ్ళు చేసుకునే పెళ్ళిళ్ళు, హలాలా వీటిమీద ఉద్యమించే వారులేరు. గడిచిన 70 ఏళ్ళలో ఎన్ని సతీసహగమనం, బాల్య వివాహ కేసులు వచ్చాయి? కానీ అవే దూరంచేసుకోబడిన వాటిని ఉదాహరణలుగా నిందిస్తున్నారు నేటికీ. మోపలా దురాగతం, టిప్పు దాష్టీకం, గోవాలో కిరస్తానీలు సాగించిన దురాగతం చరిత్రలో ఎవ్వరూ ప్రస్తావించరు.

Those who demand Uniform Civil Code (UCC) should first understand that there is no common Civil law applicable to all Hindus alike as far as inheritance of ancestral property is concerned. There are two schools of thought in Hindu law. One is Mikthakshara School which is applicable to all the states except Bengal and Assam. The rules applicable regarding the inheritance of the ancestral property in both schools are completely different. In Mikthakshara School, Children get the right in the ancestral property by birth where as in Dayabhaga school, Children get the right in the property only after father dies. This is because of different Cultures, customs and practices prevelant in various parts of the country which were considered and respected by the then Law makers while enacting these Civil laws. So to make a UCC, first Govt has to make Bebgali and Assamee Hindus also accept to UCC besides Muslims and Christians. Please remember that Criminal laws are applicable to all Indians alike irrespective of their Caste, creed and religion.

Let 21 Law commission report be discussed extensively in the country. Under diverse nature of the country common Civil code will not provide a solution. Refine all the codes by bringing appropriate changes in the respective codes wherever changes required.

ప్రపంచ చరిత్ర తెలియకపోవడం వల్ల మీకు అలా అనిపిస్తుంది. 2000 ఏళ్ళ క్రితం క్రిష్టియన్ మతమౌడ్యం వల్ల విస్తరణ ఆగిపోయిన గ్రీకు విజ్ఞానాన్ని 1000 ఏళ్ళ క్రింతం ఇస్లాం తమ అరబిక్ భాషలోకి అనువాదం చేసుకుని అభివృద్ది చేయడం వల్ల ఆ విజ్ఞానం కాపాడబడింది. తరువాతి కాలంలో యూరోపు దేశాలు మౌడ్యం నుండి బయటపడి ఆధునిక విజ్ఞానాన్ని అభివృద్ది చేసాయి. విచిత్రంగా ఈనాడు ఇస్లాం మౌడ్యంలో కూరుకుపోయి విధ్వంశ మతంగా అవతరించింది. అవే జాఢ్యం ఇపుడు హిందూమతానాకి అంటుకుంది. సైన్సును వదిలేసి మతాన్ని నెత్తికెక్కించుకుంటే త్వరలో హిందూమతం కూడా నేటి ఇస్లాంలా మారిపోతుంది.

నలంద విద్యాలయం india లో ున్నది, అరబ్బు లకు తిండి లేక తెలివి లేక india ని అక్రమిo చు కొని దేశాన్ని నాశన o చేశారు,

ప్రజలకు ఉపయోగపడే ఇలాంటి చట్టాలను తీసుకురావాలని ప్రభుత్వాలు నిర్ణయం తీసుకున్నట్టాయితే, మీరు చెప్పినట్టు మొదట ప్రజలకు అది అర్ధం అయ్యేలా కూలంకశంగా వివరించి అప్పుడు దాన్ని అమలు చేస్తే బావుంటుంది. ఇప్పుడు ucc గురించి చదువుకున్న వాళ్ళకే 70% మందికి తెలియదు. ఇక సామాన్యులకు ఏమి అర్ధమైంది వుతుంది. వాళ్ళు బాబా లు, పాస్టర్స్ చెప్పేది నమ్ముతారు, అందులో లాజిక్ వున్నా లేకపోయినా. ముందు పార్లమెంట్ లో చర్చలు జరిపి, తరవాత మత పెద్దలతో కూడా చర్చలు జరిపి అప్పుడు అమలు చేయటమే సబబు

Ucc అనేది చట్టం చేయడం న్యాయమైన విషయం దీనిపై దుష్ప్రచారం చేసే వారిని కటినంగా శిక్షించాలని విజ్ఞప్తి

🤔 అయ్యా దేనికైనా మంచి భాష ఉపయోగించాలి అని చెబుతున్నారు బావుంది.. కానీ మీరు పదేపదే "చ్చాందసం"అనే పదం వాడుతున్నారు..అది వేదం చదివేటప్పుడు వాడే ఛందస్సు సార్..ఇలానే కైంకర్యం, శఠగోపం, యజ్ఞాల్లో వాడే స్వాహా లాంటి ఎన్నో విలువైన హైందవ పదాలను అవహేళనకు, అపఖ్యాతికి వాడే పదజాలంలో పోల్చి ఎందుకు వాడుతున్నారు..? ఇది ద్రోహం కాదా?😠

మాటల అర్థాలు సందర్భాన్ని బట్టి, కాలాన్ని బట్టి, వాడుకను బట్టి మారుతూ వుంటాయి. ఉదాహరణకు కంపు అనే పదానికి అర్థం సువాసన అని. ప్రాచీన కావ్యాలలో ఈ విషయం గమనించ వచ్చు. ఇప్పటి అర్థం దుర్వాసన అని. మార్పు సహజం .

మోడీ గారు ఎం చేసిన దేశ హితం కోసమే. ఓటు బ్యాంకు రాజకీయాల కోసం గత పాలకులు UCC రాకుండా ఇప్పుడు చేస్తున్నారు గతంలో కూడా చేశారు.

ఏ పద్ధతిలో నైనా వివాహం ఘనంగా చేసుకోవచ్చు. కానీ వివాహానికి చట్టబద్ధత వచేదిమాత్రం వివాహం REGISTER అయినప్పుడు మాత్రమే . గుడి REGISTER లో సంతకాలు పెట్టినంత మాన అది లీగల్ మరేజ్ కాదు. It should be REGISTERED.

Common civil code is supported by majority people other than political opposition and religious leaders.Donot simply and bliendly follow but think independently and support if it is good for the people and the country

As there is no uniformity in Hindu Gods and Hindu Marriages and overall Hindu culture Govt has to explain what they want to bring through Uniform Civil Code !

We should try to understand the difference between the civilian rights and traditions and practices where the rights of a woman being nullified... You could practice anything but there should not be rights dried up.. Hinduism promotes many good things but woman should not be restricted within the kitchen... Dr Jp saying for a long period woman is restricted to certain Boundaries in the name of Gods.. we have to provide safe guards to woman rights .. Never Govt involves into the culture and traditions, but can involve if civilian rights ignored

Consensus on issues of national interests is very much desired but if some sections or political parties refuse to join the consensus and majority party despite it’s arithmetical superiority not able to bring much needed laws like UCC puts a question mark on democracy and it’s purpose. So much time like 75 years is lost in waiting for consensus. Then how long we should wait more? Democracy never advocated law making on the basis of consensus. Rather it’s mandate is that whichever party wins the legislative majority it is bound to frame laws needed to the country. Legislators or parliamentarians can debate the proposals on the floors of assembly or parliament. But if opposition is he’ll bent to stop legislation by hook or crook then Govt need not be helpless and it should use all the tools provided for getting legislation passed. That shouldn’t be treated as high handed behaviour on the part of the majority party.
