@@tonystone1016thats only $1300 a month. For a vehicle and living space combined. My rent is $1800 for a single bedroom and I pay $600 for my vehicle( one year left woohoo). His $1300 vs my $2400...I think he's got it figured out.

@@jw3252 respectfully, not $200k. this has much higher quality stuff than needed, although i will say the 3 stage water filter is a must. + they're also charging for labor along with it.
For $200,000 the shower is a no for me. I envision the curtain sticking to me😑Love the bed, and designated coffee storage, and heated floors~

You built the perfect house for yourself catering to your needs and wants. You can't find fault with that. The bathroom is where you want it. Out of the way but easy to get to. Nice job on that. The price is high or low according to perspective. How much is a quality home with everchanging magnificent views and the backyard of your dreams worth? Now 200,000 seems pretty modest. Congratulations on your new home. You did a fine job.

This is really beautiful and sleek looking. Amazing number of features built in. Very wow. Some people are talking about the price, but I didn't see a price. I guess it's high, but then there are so many features that that makes sense. The guy is really handsome as well.

Impressive. Most functional-luxurious one I've ever seen. For the same money I'd go with a double bus (or long bus) towing a van though. The law of diminishing returns hits hard when one starts spending on premium and custom made things, specially for things that have to be small, light, dense, all in one etc. Great work though.

For me Id prefer it be not so dark Id feel closed it, And I wouldn't need all the teck stuff. Id just want simple yet functional 200.000 would not be for me . Nice build though for those that have that kind of money.
Beautiful build but the only place in the van you can stand up fully is the kitchen. That would drive me nuts.

Too bad the coffee make doesn't slide out sideways onto the counter area so it doesn't take up the aisle space, can't use that space when the coffee maker's in the aisle.
