It's great to see a family that is living their dream. However, their lives changed when they decided to change their situation. I don't think these two are nomads; they are entrepreneurs who found themselves in the nomad community.
Maybe you could get a camp stove for when you need some extra burners.

Really like this, except for the price, and a few other things. First, the countertops being Corian, hate hate hate hate Corian, It scratches is so easily, and you have to have someone come in and buff it out to get rid of the scratches, and it's quite expensive to keep having this done. Seriously, dragging a gallon of milk across. your counter will leave a huge scratch!! Second, love the black white and gray, but why the heck do you have dark walnut with black white and gray, it clashes so much, it needs to be a white color, so it's much brighter.

Super inefficient. 2 fridges, want more burner space but don’t have an induction plate they can pull out, way too much space for clothing, etc. C-

Since watching Sean (Ace) & Caro who travelled in a toy hauler, I have always thought that if I was going to live in a RV this would be it. Trouble is, I live in the UK and I don't think many of the roads here would accommodate something this big and also I am pretty sure that I couldn't tow it.
