ULTIMATE TINY HOME with large loft and lots of style!

Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль

It's Tiny Home Tuesday! And this week we're featuring the the RRC Chalcedony, a 399SF RV Park Model with a loft. In fact, this is the largest loft you can get in a RV park model. We did something a little different this time; we put a desk in the hallway in place of the tall pantry. You can choose how you want to order yours!
The Chalcedony is currently on sale for $69767.89. The price includes delivery and tiedowns within 100 miles (additional freight charges apply for farther distances), a/c and heat system installed, manufacturer's warranty, plus a 7 year extended service contract.
Please note that prices are current as of the publish date of the video but are subject to change at any time without notice as building and material costs continue to rise at unprecedented rates. Call 972-771-2176 or visit www.RRCrockwall.com for current pricing.
Find more pictures, printable floorplan, VR tours, and option pricing at www.RRCrockwall.com.
Visit us to tour our models on display at Recreational Resort Cottages and Cabins at 4384 E Interstate 30 in Rockwall, Texas. We're open 7 days a week from 9am to 5pm but will be closed for major holidays and inclement weather, so call ahead.

The Chalcedony, ("cal-sed-knee") has some beautiful features. I like the loft size, walls, and shape, along with the carpeting. There's also wall space for two 3-drawer dressers. I would love it if RRC could figure out how to make a 4' tall closet with horizontal sliding doors, for shirts/pants up in the loft. That would increase the value and use of the loft.

💐Thank you. 🤔 I honestly don't understand why RRC never considers it. 👕Ppl staying in the loft need to hang up + store clothing too. 😉of course, if I lived in this unit, I'd need a ♀️She-Shed WIC🛖. 🔨Instead of rebar @ front of rail in loft, they ought to put in plantation shutters. That way, there's both some privacy + visibility options. 💚 Bridget from Cali☘️ (using my pal's YT acct)

I love the hickory cabinets with the beautiful countertops! I am concerned about 2 things though. None of these houses have room for a separate freezer (chest or upright). Also, hallway looks too narrow for a walker or, if necessary, wheelchair. I never thought about it before, but I just got out of the hospital and need to use a walker for a while, so is kind of on the front of my mind.

I think your homes are beautiful. It would be nice if you could put French doors or sliding where the doors are in the living room (30 inch by 70 inch) and in the bedroom (where the window is) moving the electrical panel to the back wall in the corner. That way if you put in a porch (screened in or not) you could get great air flow and it would add a lot of space to your home. I think one of these days you need a full length cupboard so you could put mops, brooms, vacuums, buckets etc... in them.

I know the terms, im just saying I don't want a park model. I'm a real estate agent wanting to create a tiny home (1,000 or less) for low income Families. So ill be bolting these to the ground if that makes sense. I guess I can always custom build them....but thank you for the links. (:

@@tamielizabethallaway2413 What I want to do is buy a particular piece of land that is 81% of an acre which is down the street from me, then have a Meadow View tiny home built to universal building code (so it can be located in a residential neighborhood) then have the glassed in swim spa room added on. I would have the floor plan rearranged so the spa room has access to the bathroom. No worries about being evicted since I would be the owner. I would also have it hooked up to town water and sewer, have a Tesla battery and solar panels, a solar-lit garden and privacy fencing. That's the dream. I'm still trying to achieve it, wish me luck because I'll need a lot of it.

I love all these homes! You’re beautiful as well💕 I’m very curious, is it possible to make the bottom ceiling a bit shorter so we can Stand upstairs? I’m wondering because I keep hearing that the total height is 13ft high so is it possible to have 5ft 10 upstairs and 7ft ceilings downstairs? Thank you! Greetings from Livermore CA🫂
