$85k in 2024 is amazing! Beautiful layout

I like the fact that it's 11ft wide, the countertop space, the stairs, the built-in TV cabinet, this model has so much to offer, it's beautiful.

RCC is the only company I trust because I don’t feel like I’m watching a bait and switch show like some other popular ones out there, and, Mr. Tiny isn’t asking for a massive down payment BEFORE anything is even built. The quality is there, the craftsmanship is there, a variety of floor plans and options to choose from and even a property to park it. I see the value at RCC. If you want quality, you pay for quality. Plain and simple. There are plenty of other places to buy lipstick and rouge.

Mr. Tiny blows the competition out. His materials are superior and he puts in many extras that others charge for. His floor plans are the best. No cheap looking light fixtures and 30 year guarantees on outside materials. I just wish I had a lot for one of his homes. I love them.

I like that the AC unit was not over the bed. It is better on the side wall.

Now this layout is 100% better. I love it and the price is way better then usual.

Love the real door on the bathroom. A pocket door isn't worth losing all that storage space. Also, love the safety feature of the railings on the loft where kids and the elderly are safer. 🙏 Your homes are beautiful. ❤

I’d like it if the counter top folded down on the end & you could have 2 folding bar stools to sit on. Is there a bathtub?

The little bumpout in the living room also allows the option to have a dropdown table by the window with a view!

I love all the white. It makes a perfect canvas for any decor. The squared counter is much better!

I love the extra cabinets in the living room, the little extra cabinets outside of the bathroom I like all the storage. The hard part is not having a place for the broom the mops, etc.. Maybe I would hide it in my closet in the bedroom love Mr. Tiny. Houses

Love the layout… the lounge area appears very spacious. The kitchen has great cabinets AND my favorite, a place for the dishwasher!!! Everything you get with this home for 85,000 for June 2024 price. A range/oven, ice in door fridge. Microwave over range. This is truly affordable housing. Plumbed for washer/dryer… a person could live comfortably and completely . I just love your tours, the homes speak for themselves. How solid and well built. 30 year siding 30 year roof. Seriously where you going to get all that for such a reasonable price? No where, except Mr. Tiny Timmons.

I’m a big fan of the all white design. It looks so fresh and clean and would be easy to decorate any way you want. I definitely like the “square” counter design and the stairs where they are. I’d definitely use that little alcove for a desk/work area. This is a great little home in every way! Two thumbs up! 👍🏻👍🏻

Look into the big sheets of tile. It has the look and feel of tile and grout but without the hassle of cleaning grout. Love it

Nice! I love all of the windows for natural light! I love the built-in entertainment center! A wrap-around porch would look great outside!

I like the square one better. This is such a spacious 399 sq ft tiny home, at a great price. The exterior is very nice as well, I would probably change the color. I love the kitchen, and I can do a lot with that large loft. I like the stairs and handrail, this makes me feel more safe. Thank you Mr. Tiny for listening as usual. When I'm ready to buy, I will be coming your way. For I like your prices and your quality of materials. Let me just say Mr. Tiny continues to look sharp with each video. And I have missed a few videos along the way so not sure if there have been some negative feedback about the pricing/ layouts but let me just say things are NOT cheap folks. Year by year things go up. So they have to make a profit but I can surely say each video these tiny/sectional homes look fantastic! They really make the best of every space each home has to offer. I love this company

I would have a regular size fridge and put a broom\pantry closet closet next to it. Instead of the gigantic refrigerator.

I've loved most of the cottages I've seen from RRC. What would be ideal for me, and my husband would be a tiny home that had a bath and a half: one half bath for guests and room for a stackable washer/dryer and then an on suite.

I really like this except for the closet in bedroom. Could you do one big closet no drawers in the middle . In place put a shelf at the bottom so you could set baskets on it for stuff that like socks stuff like that but would give you more hanging space

So, tiny homes are upscale trailers. 😊 If my HOA would allow it, I would purchase one of these and put it in my backyard as my she shed and for guests, or a place for my mom and family when they visit. He's very entertaining btw!😊

You hit it out of the park again @mrtiny 🎉 I absolutely love this home! There's nothing I would change! Loved the flooring next to the white walls, it'd be so easy and fun to decorate!! But my favorite feature is having the front door on the side of the home, it allows the owner full use of every square inch in the living room, plus you can add a large front porch to it instead of having a standard tiny home porch. What a gorgeous home and an awesome price….there is only one thing I would change. I would put a smaller fridge so the walkway is super clear. Great job Mr Tiny. The flooring is beautiful it’s a great up to date color. ❤❤❤

The Kitchen is my fav spot. I absolutely love the high window above the sink. All of the windows. Plus the 48 " shower

My favorite layout so far. Ive been watching for years. I would omit the entertainment cabinets and put a small table and chairs with a tv mounted above for an eating area and 2 additional chairs. I prefer fiberglass shower, too. I would also omit the drawers and 1 closet in bedroom so I can bring in my antique dresser.

-Side entry is best. -A drop leaf table in that “square” area by the stairs for eating dinner. - no loft needed. I am not going on my knees 😮. - how about a Murphy bed?

Yes, a Murphy bed would make the main level bedroom have dual function. But, they are expensive.

This blows ITH away! Nothing that they have compares to this for price, value, quality, features, style and looks.

Love the overall floorplan. I like the staircase squared but I would keep the old angled counter top so you can have more counter space and bar stool space. Love your tiny homes.

The porch makes no difference to the space inside. Porches are *NOT* living space. Lofts are *NOT* living space. Living space, *BY LAW* has to be... {Indoors {Insulated {Closed off to the elements year round (rain, snow, wind etc) {Full standing height. Technically there's no set definition for a "Tiny Home". They can be any size, as, what is downsizing to one person, may be a step up in size to another. Generally speaking a tiny home is around 300 - 900 square feet. What Recreational Resort Cottages does, is divide the homes they sell into four categories: Park Models, Mini Mansions, Single Section and Multi Sectionals. This is a Park Model because it adheres to what deems this to be the biggest you can go, whilst still being considered an R.V. Over 400²ft and it becomes a building, but by sticking to the maximum 399²ft, it remains a recreational vehicle. In other words, no property taxes. SOME R.V parks may allow larger units, but the standard limit is 399²ft. Some parks allow touring visitors only, some are strictly residential, and some allow a mixture of the two. So, when Recreational Resort Cottages shows you a PARK MODEL, that is their range of homes in the 399²ft category. Many of their Park Models (in fact all of them if you specifically choose to order it) are also available as Mini Mansions. Same floorplan and layout, but 1½ - 2x bigger than a Park Model version of the same. Obviously these then fall into a different category for taxes, and are subject to different criteria depending on your particular State's rules and regulations. All that being said, one thing that does not change, is what is considered "living space" according to the law. It must have four full walls, roof, insulation, be protected from all weathers and must allow for full height standing. I believe Mr Tiny said this home is 11ft wide, by 36ft long. That is 396²ft of LIVING SPACE. Let's assume the loft is 11ft x 16ft... that's an ADDITIONAL 176²ft of USABLE space, but does not exceed the maximum Living Space as it can't be counted as such. Why? Because it does not have full standing height. It's a way of "cheating" the law in a sense. The loft gives you over half your home's existing floor space on top of what you already have, whilst not exceeding legal limits, nor even increasing it legally by even one inch. Porches are exactly the same concept. They give you additional usable space, whilst not affecting the Living Space at all. They have a roof, and allow full height standing, but with no walls they are not classed as Living Space. People often talk about enclosing the porch to make the lounge area bigger, or raising the loft ceiling to make them more comfortable to use. Of course that can be done from a practical perspective. You could get a builder to join ten tiny homes into one, and stack another ten on top of them if you wished to. It's entirely doable. However you can't park that mansion or drag it down the road on tour, by claiming it's still an R.V. Do you see? You can get finance for a Park Model Tiny Home, because it's a vehicle by law, but you can't get a mortgage for one, as it's not a piece of property. Listen out for next time Mr Tiny showcases a Park Model that has a porch already built on. You'll hear him say something along the lines of: *"This home is 11 feet wide, by 46 feet long, and that INCLUDES the ten foot Front Porch."* 11 x 46 = 506²ft overall size of the entire structure itself... HOWEVER... Minus the ten foot Front Porch, brings the LIVING SPACE down to 11 x 36 = 396²ft. So porches and lofts are extras. They do not eat into your living space at all. They give you additional entertaining space and room for more guests to be seated together, allows them to spend the night or allows you to alternate how to use the space, as well as giving you more storage space than most people have in their current houses! No one WANTS to crawl into a loft, well, except probably children, but these lofts are finished out a lot more practically and cleanly than the average dusty spider-filled loft/attic. I'd rather climb stairs safely than drag the loft ladder down to get to my Christmas decorations, as I have to do currently in my real house! This home is a lovely model but I'd still make a couple of changes....says me, who can't afford a front door, let alone the whole house attached to it! Plus I'm English and already have a house provided to me here in England, that's rent free for life, a solid brick built bungalow with front and back gardens. But I LOVE (more like obsessed 🙄) these American Tiny Homes SOOOO much! We don't really have many people living in mobile type homes over here, except for a few retirement villages for older people. But we do have a lot of mobile home parks, typically situated all around our coastline mainly, but those are for renting for a week or two for a holiday. I've had so many holidays in those, since I was a child, (I'm 54 now) all over the UK and in mainland Europe also. It's funny that Americans love our stone castles and thatched stone cottages...and I love American mobile, manufactured and tiny homes! And I especially love ones by Recreational Resort Cottages as they are so solidly built and yet cheap considering what you get. I love their matching sheds and carports too, especially the carports with a storage room attached. I'd have a carport with a toilet/changing room inside the storage room area, and a jumbo hot tub under the carport roof! That would look so pretty set in my back garden. 😍 _SIGH_ Daydreaming... If you do get one, please let Mr Tiny come film it all set up, as I especially love the "Living Tiny with Mr Tiny" series. Then paupers like me get to lust over your beautiful home! 😜 Well, that went longer than I planned! Sorry about that! 😂 Enjoy the rest of your day. 😘 xxxxx

A smaller loft is okay with me as I am disabled and would use the loft for storage (holiday storage totes mostly). It would help me avoid having to lease a storage space or have a small shed on property. Keep up the good work, Mr. Tiny and RRC!!

Nice tiny, great price. Not having a built in porch allows for more living space inside. Love the living room and huge loft. I don't mind a fiberglass shower, but I don't like the seats built in on this one, they restrict movement. I can see this working well for a lot of people but my favorite is still the Akbash. 😊

I love this one. The loft would be our bedroom and the bedroom dowmnstairs would be my husbands tv room. We do not like the same shows. Lol. Its so exciting when mr Tiny has a video. They are too far between. Hes so cute and sweet💕 such a nice young man to watch and listen to. Im sure his parents are very proud🎉

Mr Tiny I'd like to see RCC feature a smart tiny home. Using smart switches for the lights, smart outlets, and smart thermostat all controlled by Google or Alexa. A nook for a smart vacuum would be great in a tiny home. Smart blinds for the clear story windows would be great because they are so high up and hard to reach. I love the low maintenance exteriors and think that RCC is top of the game with innovation so I thought a smart home would be a great addition.

Beautiful, I love the privacy a swing shut door provides. Love a bathroom window. Love utilizing the full length and adding porch or decks later. Prefer a center staircase with double loft tho. Otherwise, perfect.

Knows good and well there should be room for a chair in the makeshift office space. No one is going to want to stand up right there to get their work done.

This is an awesome house

❤I love it I also got a good suggestion for the bathroom door. I would want the pocket door, but I would want it in a way the it would partially close off the shelves when open but when bathroom sliding door is closed then you have open shelves on the other side it also still have a option where it’s 4 - 6 shelves or just a shelve where you could have a chair to sit down to have a desk to do work and 3 shelves above. Also I need my drawer dishwasher, I would not want the electric fireplace I would want a wood burning stove. 🙏🏾🥰🙏🏾🥰🙏🏾🥰🙏🏾🥰🙏🏾

Regarding the split closet on each side of the drawers. Have you considered one closet featuring a double hanging rod and narrow but deep shelving? This could increase wardrobe storage.
