We are beyond excited to be bringing to you not one but THREE tiny homes today, all seeming to truly come out of a storybook. This week on Tiny Home Tuesday we are switching things up a bit and bringing to you a special episode. Some of the most frequent questions that we get asked tend to be about the different customization options available with RRC. Whether its if we can make a porch bigger or smaller, what are paint color options, if the loft stair width be changed, etc. This video today serves the purpose of answering these questions. In the video we are going to walk you through three different RV Park models, that are all the same floorplan but each one will be showcased in a different style and with different tweaks to each floorplan.
First we are starting things off in Papa Bear, with an extreme cabin feel Papa bear will have you feeling like you're somewhere up in mountains surrounded by nature every single day. Some special features in this model include a bumped up stair width from the standard 2ft. wide up to 3ft. wide stairs leading up to the loft. It has a front porch as well as a fully screened in back porch.
Then we move onto Mama Bear, completely switching up the style Mama Bear was finished out in a farmhouse style. A few things we did in this Park Model is flip the floorplan, meaning everything that was in the first model is now on the opposite side in this model. It also has a front and back porch, unlike Papa Bear the rear porch on this home is not screened in nor it it covered giving a great open feel.
Lastly, there is Baby Bear. Done in a rustic style with some modern flare Baby Bear is yet again another incredible choice of design. Some features include a tile shower and sliding barn doors on the closest. Instead of the stair being 3ft. wide like Papa Bear they are back to their normal width at 2ft. however to boost their usability we have added pull out drawers to the stairs, giving you extra storage that is always needed in a tiny home. Papa Bear is going for $102,000. Mama Bear is $114,000. Lastly, Baby Bear is only $91,000. The price includes delivery and tiedowns within 100 miles (additional freight charges apply for farther distances), a/c and heat system installed, manufacturer's warranty, plus a 7 year extended service contract.

It was really nice to see all basically side by side. Really liking the mama bear!
I 💕 love 💕 momma bear!! Only thing I would do different is have her front porch screened in.

One thing that you didn't mention was the breaker box and the door hiding it. In a lot of the models it is in the bedroom and looks out of place. But, these models look like it is at the top of the stairs. This is an excellent location. We were surprised that you didn't highlight this. My wife and I both liked it there.

I totally agree with you. No matter how nice the place is, the breaker box is always an eyesore

I also agree... However I wonder if they provide options to where they can put the breaker box. I LOVE it at the top of the stairs however the loft would have to be for our son whos autistic and I'm worried he would be messing around in it. Putting it in the closet of the master bedroom would be a wonderful option. (Hidden behind doors but still accessible when needed). Also being that our son is autistic and woud need the loft I wonder if they have the option to extend the loft railing all the way up so he doesn't look over and fall out.
All three are great but my favorite is the mama bear 🐻

I don’t know which one I like best. I love something from each one, they’re each beautiful tiny homes. The pops of red on papa bear is visually stunning. Mama bear looks really lux, and baby bear just looks really cozy.

This was a good idea. You should do more comparison videos. All 3 were very nice. There was something of interest in each version of this model. The mix and match concept is a very good business practice, as it makes things more flexible for the customers. I would like to suggest adding a few other options to the list. Give customers the option to have open or closed storage in the living room area under the stairs, or even put a set of side-by-side washer and dryer in there. The second option is going to sound kind of weird and wild, but would be helpful for elderly or partially disabled people, or people who really need to use the bathroom when they wake up. Provide the option of a powder room up in the loft. It would only need a sink, a toilet, and maybe a little bit of storage. Another option is to turn the front porch into an enclosed sunroom with both glass and screens in the windows. It could either enclose the entire porch, or from one side to just past the front door. It would be best to have the steps or ramp come up from the side, into an open area for entry into the sunroom before entering the rest of the house. There is another wild and weird option that would be good for short people. Lower the floor of the loft by 6 inches to a foot. Short people don't need really high ceilings, and with more headroom in the loft, some of us shorter people would be able to walk around up there with only a little stooping, or maybe none at all. Wish I could afford one of your nice little homes, but with my bad knees I really can't make use of a loft. Anyway, thanks for the interesting video.👍👏🤗

They deliver up to 100 miles then you'll have to hiring someone to pick up your home the rest of the way. He explains the process in a few other videos

It is not a tiny home at 600-1000 square feet it is a mobile home.
My favorite is the Momma Bear!! I would also change the hard wood floors in the loft to carpet because if you are crawling around it would feel better on the knees.

I love the analogy of the three bears. This made it much easier to remember each of the three styles. Thank you for clarifying changes you can and cannot make to qualify as a tiny home of 399sf. Papa Bear had the wider steps I love. Baby Bear had the combinations of wall material which is interesting. I would close off the wall between the master bed and bathroom.I love the rest of the home. I would make the front porch an extension of the kitchen and living space in this out door space. I would also screen in the front porch. The Baby Bear would be the best for me with a LED fireplace.

I sure like Mama Bear! I like everything, the colors, the stairs, everything! I gotta say, though, I prefer the finishings for baby bear, the stairs with the built in drawers, the huge side by side refrigerator, and the dual closets with the built in bureau with three drawers. And you just can't argue with the price! Absolutely amazing style and value!
Baby Bear is my favorite Floor Plan.💜 I really like the Knotty Pine Walls in Papa Bear.

As a "Momma Bear", your "Momma Bear Model is the BOMB! WOW! My dream tiny home come true! Perfection in EVERY detail! Could not ask for a better set up! Please Please Please make this model a Staple in your "Magical Forest" :)
Baby bear for me! I was leaning towards Mama bear, but the more you showed Baby, the more cosy and homely I felt. Ultimately though I'd opt for a mini mansion, 600²-800²ft and whilst Baby bear is my favourite of the 3, I'd still change things a little. In a bigger floorplan I'd have a separate official front door, leading into a utility room. You normally have those as second bedrooms, but I'd have my washer and dryer in there, coats and shoe storage the minute you enter, and cleaning supplies storage too. All neatly in one small room. That way when I open the door to strangers, they can only see the small entry room I'm standing in, not my whole house. It also means my front porch becomes a private back porch that I can enjoy without disturbance from postmen etc. The existing front door I'd make into big patio doors instead, and having the porch now on the back, I'd enclose it within a 6ft privacy fenced-off pretty back garden. Meaning I can leave those doors open as much as I want to, without fearing someone can walk up from the street and come straight in. I wouldn't want to sit on my porch fully dressed staring at the main road and random cars and people going by. I'd rather be in PJ's or swimming costume sitting on my porch without spectators, and enjoy the calming view of my garden. So Baby Bear for me...but in Grandfather bear size! 😁😁😁
Very nice! I like Mama bear but I'd do storage in the stair risers and a double basin farm sink. That's all I would change. Thank you for sharing Mr. Tiny. Very entertaining today!

Their all spectacular! There are aspects of each that I LOVE! My favourite would be Mumma Bear! Because it's got the rear screened in porch & the double wardrobe in the bedroom! I noticed in both the Mumma bear & popa bear the under stair area wasn't utilised? Or are there plumbing/electric services tucked in there? Is the kitchen island open in all models for foot space?? (Love it) The backsplash in Kitchen & Granite bench tops are the icing on the cake 🍰🍰🍰🍰🍰🍰🍰🥇🍰

Love all 3. Colors of papa bear. Mama bears set up, but, I wouldn’t want the back porch. So I’d rather put the back porch length back into the inside to make rooms bigger. One day I’ll be able to get my tiny home. Thanks! ❤️

I love the tile through out mama bear. And wide stair case in papa bear. I love the bed box in papa bear as well. I love the farmhouse sink with sprayer and cutting board and stainer. I love baby bears closets. I love the lighting fixtures in mama bear. No back porches for me, need all the room we can get.
I can't decide if I like baby or papa bear better. They both have things I really like. It might just be the color scheme but mama bear felt cold. And I like this style of video.

In the PaPa and MaMa Bear love the large windows almost made it to the floor waiting for the windows from ceiling to floor in any Tiny Home. Love the tile on the fireplace and in the Bathroom Love it.

Babybear is the perfect size! Just different appliances and a dishwasher. Other than that it’s perfect!

Awesome idea Mr Tiny, The Fairy Tale worked great as a showcase presentation for these models. Choices and Options are everything a fairytale are made of. Oh my, the things you can do, no shortage of creativity here. I like the screened in porch in Papa Bear, the curb appeal of Mama Bear, and the price of Baby Bear (if you've got a budget). It's the little tweaks that make it your own. This episode and all the information provided will keep them coming Mr Tiny, and in the know.

I like this floor plan, especially the front porch and the screened in porch.
If you could stand up in the loft of any of these three tiny homes- I would take any one of them! Note that some builders are now making them with a pop up (assembly on location) style just like these. That means the Master can be upstairs with a front and/or back porch to sit and drink coffee to plan your day! That takes these tiny homes to a whole new level!
I like the baby bear layout but I'm still admiring the cabin style of Papa!!!❤

Janelle only because I've watched so many of his videos but when you start doing that and you go to 400 square feet or more then that particular tiny home is no longer a tiny home but a homestead and your city county and state charge you taxes just like if it was a regular home sitting on slab as long as it stays $399 ft or under it's considered a recreational park model and there are no yearly taxes or homestead taxes to pay so you can actually get some of these homes and 600 square feet 640 620 700 but then you got to pay those tax homestead taxes every single year I think you have to insure it as well if you have a homestead so I hope that answers your question I'm nobody I don't know this man never work for him or anything like that it's just I love love love these shows and there are lots of questions when you if you were seriously considering buying one of these but you have to just go in and talk to you I think it's the best way and I used to only deliver Texas and I guess they're delivering at least a Florida that I know of for sure so anyway have a great day and God bless

I love the back porch. I would definitely trade up a closet, etc for that PRIMO space right off of the bedroom. I would hang a gorgeous Chandelier and create a very romantic space.

Hi Mike Deborah from Arlington event. The Mama Bear is my favorite bright options. The door to porch off bedroom is concern. It's nice reverse find a back porch option if available.

This was a great video to show just how much you can personalize and customize an RRC tiny home. I love all your videos and this one was especially helpful. Mr.Tiny, you have to be the best salesman around. I really like the Mama Bear aesthetic the best but would make a few minor changes to it.

I am new to your channel. Love your homes: floorplans, exterior, and interior design; you think ahead about what is needed to do basic tasks is awesome. For example, love you can wash and dry x2 in the kitchen.
I like the papa bear style, with the colors of mama bear, and the drawers in the staircase like baby bear 🐻
