I really love this one. I would just scene in the porch. I hate bugs. Lol

I could see this one without a loft and using the wall where the ladder is now for a full wall of cabinets...or cabinets on one side and a pantry on the other. That would make this kitchen plan a knock out. I like the U-shaped kitchens and especially this one due to the higher bar. It hides things on the counters from the front door and living room.

Love the huge porch. The loft is perfect size. Room great size. Restroom perfect. Washer dryer combo sealed the deal. Would want the porch screened in.

I love how bright that living room is. I also like the way that counter is structured in the kitchen. I used to think I wouldn't like a loft, but now I see how it could be useful, so that the downstairs room could be an office.

I like the taller upper cabinets.

The finishes in this model are gorgeous and go together so well. The floors are very easy on the eyes, literally, my brain relaxed when I look at the floors. The trims and the board ceilings are a perfect touch. The size of that porch! Dadgum, it is all so nice!

I love this...I would bring the stairs out more so the rise of the steps would be more traditional.

I prefer more storage space over having a dishwasher ❤

I agree. The need for a dishwasher in this small of home seems overkill. Not that I don’t love my current dishwasher. The only issue I see would be that with a dish drainer on the counter you would lose precious counter space.

If it had a pantry closet it would be perfect

This tiny home has a great layout. I really like the semi separation of the living room from the kitchen. I would eliminate the loft & use the space for a row of pantry cabinets/closet.

I love this home because it looks so bright, clean, and spacious for a tiny home. I would want a pantry added in the space by the stairs as that little nook would be perfect for a pantry. I do like the more modern look of the metal stairs. Change the counter tops to the marble look ones and it would be perfect for me.🌷💐

I really love the layout of this place. I still want 2 lofts with a catwalk/hallway. Also, I still want a bathtub. You can always raise the shower bed into a combo bath and shower.

I lovw the fireplace. I would prefer a pocket door in bedroom so I could put a tv on wall.

I really love the layout and design of this one! While the aesthetic of the metal staircase is quite modern, I would prefer storage stairs so that it maximizes the space underneath. That way a small pantry could be added. Storage space is key. I can definitely see myself in this one! Thank you so much! ❤

I have seen this model on the website, without the porch and with a side entrance. I like the changes that I see here, making a usable space, by the stairs is a good idea. A pantry/ extra storage could be added in the space too, plus with the porch added, it is more usable living area. My fav would have to be the loft. It gives everyone some level of privacy, and the entrance to it could be closed with a simple curtain if more privacy is needed.

I also like the style of the porch, with the metal railing and the metal stairs too. And the raised roof line over the kitchen brings an airy, non-claustrophobic feel. Only thing I would change is the transom windows, my preference would be the rectangle. No carpet is a plus as well.

This is a very nice floor plan. I love all the light in the living room and the room for a full size couch. I love the little fireplace and the layout of the kitchen. The black washer and dryer and inlayed sinks. I prefer 15 feet wide when I actually get in the market to buy. Keep the videos coming!

The Desoto is very nice. I love the small kitchen it's perfect size for just me lol. Does this come with a more gradual staircase instead of the ladder. I'm get up there in age and not sure how long I could climb that ladder hahaha. Also, I'm still looking for more 1bd 1-1/2 bath options! Thanks Mr. Tiny! They're all so beautiful!

I really like this one! For me, I'd rather have shorter windows behind the couch. I dont know what you call them, I just say couch height windows. Lol One window by the front door, an inward opening door so I can have a screen door, the stairs are too steep for me. I wouldnt want a table there so maybe the stairs could be a little more 'normal' with storage, lift risers instead of drawers and a pantry/broom closet in that extra space at the end and the 10 ft front porch is too big. A 6 or 8 ft porch would work and it would be awesome if it was screened in! I love the kitchen with dishwasher! The bathroom is perfect. I like how the living area/kitchen are open but there is also some separation not just one big room. I love the walled in loft with the privacy. My nephew could sleep up there, hang out up there but I can also have some hidden storage. 😊 Good job, Mr. Tiny! 🎉

I love this model! This is exactly what I have been looking for! I have watched this video a few times, paused it and made plans for changes to fit my personal style & needs. I have a few financial things I would like to take care of first but this is something that I am striving to achieve by years end.

Very cute starter home for a young couple. I would like less windows in the living room. The price is just a little too much.

You could put a qtr bath under the stairs. Toilet and sink. Then it would be one bed w/loft and two toilets.

Wow, as long as you don't have much stuff, this is a stunning livable floor plan that has been masterfully decorated. What these Tiny's need is a pop top roof like an old VW Westphalia camper van to make the loft useable during good weather.

I would like to see a slightly smaller porch to give the living room more space. A couch is not enough seating. The kitchen is compact but adequate but, for the cost, a dishwasher and pantry would be a plus. The bathroom is fine, as well as the bedroom. Are the bathroom and the closet doors pocket doors? The loft is spacious but, with such a low ceiling, it would be difficult for people with mobility issues to access and use that space. It's a very nice model, but I prefer everything on one level. The workmanship is, as always, excellent.

I really like this home but those stairs may be great for going up, coming down, not so much. I would want stairs that aren’t so steep. They could bring the stairs out a little more, since I wouldn’t be worried about space for a small dining table. I would just eat at the raised counter in the kitchen. The loft would be a great place for grandchildren, a younger person or just for extra storage. I wouldn’t need three windows behind the couch, maybe just one in the middle, then I’d have more wall space. With the windows in the front and the windows up above, that would be enough light for me. Not sure I would need the dishwasher, maybe just have extra cabinet space in that area. Otherwise, this is one of my favorite designs that I have seen on this channel.

Too many windows in the living room, remove the window above the bed headboard location, and kitchen. Keep it simple with just drywall only as a money saver because the layout is 100% solid and one of the best you guys have in my opinion especially with designated bar sitting space.

Suggestion: The space on the wall near stove can be used as a small pantry. Thanks for sharing 😀

Just want to comment that your Desoto looks a lot like the Sedona built by lakeside tiny homes.

Plus I would like the living room a little bigger

I cannot see how they can pull off 6 feet lofts. I understand there is travel restrictions but on interstates there ld be enough clearance now back roads old bridges possibly but six feet lofts make it so much easier especially when you get old and cannot crawl that well around. Just a thought.

Does the dishwasher door not hit the oven door?

I need more cabinets and a second exit door. I want to be able to stand up in the loft, as well. It’s nice, but not for me.

Great design and use of space. My only change would be lower counter in the kitchen. The tall ones break up the space too much.

I agree, I dislike the high bar counter for the same reason. Plus with the lower counter height bar all the way around it makes me keep things less cluttered and much cleaner looking in the kitchen.

@3:08 how is the door secure if the hinges are externally exposed?

Why don’t they make the ceiling in the loft to rise up in the wall when you get to your destination so you can stand up?

Can create down 6'5 loft 6'5 so can stand🤔

The kitchen has basically no storage at all. It would be good for someone who orders out a lot.

Love it! 2 Changes for me if I were to order this model. 1st - No Loft, or possibly keep the loft but no stairs or ladder and wall it off completely from living room, adding a ceiling attic opening with pull down stairs to be used only for storage. Plus it would give real space for a small 2 seat dining table and entire wall of cabinets for storage with no stairs or ladder there at all. 2nd - Counter height bar seating (hate the bar height seating) the entire open living room kitchen area would feel much much more open counter height seating and it is easier to have no clutter or mess when entire kitchen is seen from all areas of the space.

Only problem I see with that loft if there’s no mini split, it will be an oven up there in the summertime specially in Texas where it gets hot hot air rises. 👎

Too steep of stairs for me

Has to have a tub, to soak old arthritic bones lol.

Looks nice, but too cramped. Also, those of us with health issues & who don't want concussions have no use for stairs or an extremely low ceilinged loft. That's also bad for your back.
