Ultimate Suzuki Samurai Episode 15. It's Done!

Автокөліктер мен көлік құралдары

Our Ultimate Suzuki Samurai is done and heading to King of the Hammers! This Samurai is so crazy in person. This is going to be one of the most capable rock crawlers I will ever build, and I couldn't do it without your support. Being able to continue this project from Xtreme 4x4 and Four-wheeler tv is a real honor.

Hands down the best off-road channel on KZread. From weekend warrior channels to high dollar comerical ones. Of the 71 channels I'm subscribed to, this is the one I enjoy the most. Watching your fab work has pushed me to take on projects I otherwise wouldn't have had the confidence to do. Not just the knowledge, but the excellent video and editing work. Okay I'm at risk of sounding like a kiss-ass, but figured you deserved some kudos. This channel has upped my game, and I appreciate it.

Looks awesome. Will be great to see video of it at KOH. I bet this thing will probably need what seems to be crazy low spring rates. It can't have more than 1250 lbs or so of sprung weight. The initial rate of the rear is likely going to be comically low. If it weighs 1250 with a 60/40 F/R split, that's 250 lbs of sprung weight on each rear corner. To compress a spring 8 inches the initial rate would need to be 31.25 lbs/in. The gear and the driver and passenger are going to be a significant part of the spring weight.

I live in Australia, so heat is more of an issue than snow, but I've always run adjustable temp sensors for the coolant. It just means when you're going slow in the summer, you can set it to pre-emptively start cooling at a lower temp. And then run the heater for extra cooling efficiency 😂 FYI heaters are a legal requirement here to demist the window. Extra FYI, I want the mTDI setup because it runs underwater
