My apologies, I may have comments on content later but is there a reason why the camera man has chosen satellite view to cover this debate so that we view the discussants from 30,000 miles above the earth?

Thank you for the expertise and your objective analysis of the situation, Prof. Malhotra! It was more than insightful. These conversations help a lot. Sadly, as a seasoned negotiator I expected Mr. Powell to try and put himself in the other party's shoes while he instead propagated a political agenda. This, I am afraid, is adding fuel to the fire rather than helping de-escalate the situation.

Poor Russians who complain that they don't have access to Netflix and McDonald's. What about those Ukrainians who struggle for life, live in captivity, without water supply, electricity and proper food. Instead of it, they are being harassed, abused, deprived of basic needs etc. Tell me about the suffering of Russians.

Regarding difference between Taiwan and Ukraine. Isn't it a huge difference that most countries' official stance (including US) recognizes Ukraine as an independent country and Taiwan as part of China? People might disagree, but does not these international agreements mean something? Well, maybe not. I hope it does.

There is no way Russia would allow NATO to have troop in Ukraine. 1) NATO currently does not have enough troops on scale to fight Russia in Ukraine. 2) Just few troop in Ukraine as does not deter Putin. And most likely Putin would invaded first when there are sign of NATO troop moving into Ukraine. 3) Taiwan announced the US trainers in Taiwan to force a conflict between US and China. US wisely denied these are troops, but trainers. Foreign troop in Taiwan is a Red Line for China. It will cause War right away. These two experts did not mention the danger of US troop in Ukraine or Taiwan. This is very serious Problem.

Mask rule was in effect until March 3. Session took place on March 2. But I'm not sure how the mask interferes with the message when (a) the camera is so far away you can barely see the faces anyway, and (b) the speakers are mic'd and so the sound is getting fed clearly and directly into the recording.
