    @@dukwdriver2909 the test to be an approved instructor must be really easy tbh, because I'm yet to meet a competent (and sane) instructor personally. That or none of them are actually approved to run a driving school business because they couldn't pass the test. Even this channel, which you'd think would encourage the guy to do some research into the facts before telling the literal whole world, is full of wildly inaccurate information. "We have the priority" he says, like it can be demanded and taken and is a right that they're owed, even though that's why they changed the name of it to priority, because it's not actually a right at all. Maybe it's just one of those jobs that attracts unstable egomaniacs, but with a much lower barrier to entry than being a doctor, for example.

    @@mydogeatspuke Find out how to become an approved driving instructor and you will be appalled by the lack of experience necessary to teach novices to drive in mixed traffic safely. Learn the answers they want to hear, practise the test routes they use. NEVER Question them and you stand a very good chance the DVSA will award you a licence to print money Same way their Examiners will never justify their decisions that require so many re-tests. Bad "approved" instructors booking tests too soon? Bad examiners making inexperienced decisions? A backlog ensures DVSA income and pensions for their examiners? I dared to try to expose a Govt. Department...so they used their endless resources and "grey areas" to crush my business. Because I demonstrated that they were charging twice to examine the same driving ability on the grounds of vehicle body builder cosmetics rather than reality when it came to practical tests rather than using the theory test to check working knowledge. They are still creating the illusion that their system creates safe drivers rather than "sheep" that "keep up and make "normal" progress" How much income would the Govt. lose if there were no accidents?. No income tax from all the workers it takes to clear up or the VAT on insurance, recovery and repair services. Let alone Court costs? Makes you think, when they deliberately block improvement 25 years ago.

    #9 This is an old one. As the bike was passing using the same lane (right on the line but not over so classed as same lane) they were at fault & were found to be at fault by both insurance partys. You must not pass within 3 feet of another vehicle (that is for all vehicles including bikes). This is why cars have to move at least partially into the next or oncoming lane to pass a cycle or motor bike & a bike almost always (unless it's an unusually wide lane) have to move fully into the next lane when passing. Don't listen to bikers telling you how all they do is legal as most isn't & the road rules are the same for Bikes & cars) Rules are simple as are most bikers

Lorry at fault but if cammer was more switched on they’d have noticed the reg and not hung around there, too many people zone out on the motorway and just focus on the vehicle in front instead of looking around and thinking. End of the day is it better to have a collision and be in the right or avoid the collision altogether…

  • @Cookieman524
    @Cookieman52411 ай бұрын

    The vehicle/cammer at #13 delayed at least one opportunity to move out it seems. This is undue hesitancy likely caused the overtaking vehicle frustration. That being said, the overtaker still made a dangerous move and was wrong. A little patience is in order with hesitant drivers. We all have different levels of confidence on the roads and if unsure its best to hold back. On a sidenote the cammer says he was indicating to come out. Unless he was parked up or moving down a junction to the right (which I couldnt see) there was no need. His car lights and the fact hes on the road is enough to say he is moving out at some point. I know this is the case with cars, but maybe for a large vehicle they have to be more deliberate and indicate even when they are in traffic? 🤷‍♂

Large, multinational companies control most franchise outlets that tolerate supplying such orders,. "Ain't my responsibility Officer". Who is going to complain? The worker who took the job supplying junk food to get a work record to get a better job?
