The correct ID of the Paphiopedilum in this video is Paphiopedilum Supersuk 'Eureka' AM/AOS x Paph Raisin Pie 'Hsyning' x Sib. The holes in this flower are from a VERY small worm and it took about a week before I realized there was an insect at work. I had seen two very small holes on the flower, so I inspected it, but saw nothing. Then, since it's located in a bathroom that I don't check frequently, it was days later when I saw the extent of the damage and discovered the little worm. Since recording this video, I've monitored the flower, and there has been no further pest activity, so the worm was a lone wolf, it appears...poor bloom. :-(
