SUCCESS STORY: Lee, I had a fight last night and I cannot thank your videos enough There was a drunk farm worker approaching my mothers stable yard, he'd been causing shit the whole day and I proceeded to tell him he can't come to the stables. Upon him trying to walk through me on several occasions and finally glaring at me and approaching, I hit him pre emptively. I was going to latch on for further strikes but as you've said before "if I go to grab, and there's nothing there then I know the jobs done". He was knocked out and on the floor before I could hit again. It could have gone horribly wrong had I not taken into account a pre emptive strategy. Cannot thank you enough!

All, and I mean all of Lee's techniques and strategies are sound! It's not about katas and forms, it's about surviving on the streets with the most effective strikes!

I did this move years ago in a bar.. The opposition did not know what hit him. My weight was only 165lb the opposition was roughly 205lb. He was so dazed that he did not know what hit him... my point it works.. one thing people gotta to understand is when the line is crossed its go time, forget talking and shouting .strike first talk later...

I love the crash elbow when being charged. I practiced that when I was a teen with a full heavy bag, stopping the bag in full swing. If I didn’t stop it, I’d go flying backwards, and many times I did. Teaches timing and transfer of force by planting feet, and driving forward to meet that oncoming force and sending it back the other way at contact. Once you learn it and never get knocked back on the bag, you remember the formula like you remember riding a bike.

A wall work observation from a Libre seminar that my be relevant Scott mentioned that posting a heel on the wall helps to explode away. It doesn't have to be high on the wall, no 90° knee bend full foot on the wall, toes stay on the floor. The little extra leverage really helped

Somebody has mentioned Kata and forms....well what the men teaches get his paths down in hip power generation which is basic from most of Karate style..I would not be surprised if the Gentleman would have a past with any of this traditional style cause the way he use hips and transfer weight to the techncis and go trough multiple technis with a "single blow" or I might say Kime' really reminds me of shotokan (in my case). This is just to people that believe study of traditional is useless...I would say most of the way we train traditional arts of fighting is if not useless at list not matching self defence scenario...this the fact...this Gentleman eventually designed his method of training pretty much for that but I would really bet he has solid bases from traditional ....and people thinking to reach similar achievements with a punch of technis repeated several times during coffee breaks are very far from reality of things!

I know its an old video, but look - the guys doing it are sound, it absolutely works - but pretending the female doing it just as well is silly. This is based on strength and speed. She has neither. If you're training a female to do this - she has to be stronger - better - against a man who is attacking. This Lee guy (all respect) knows what he's teaching, but a woman, if she wants to learn, needs to go harder, and faster. She needs to be brutal - excessively violent - if she's going to defeat an average man. Sorry - of sorts. And love. Wish he was my teacher. xxx

Lee Morrison acting and making noise when punching, laughable. Always with same punch combo, the idea is that the opponent doesn't react and falls to the floor like his assistant. Lee credibility is in question, his discovery is the palm strike, :)) Please watch all his videos and you will be able to summarize them in less than 45 seconds, it is always the same.
