Lee is the best instructor that I know of. He has made a huge influence on the way I train for self protection and the way I train my students

Ditto, I started teaching self defense classes because I was fed up with only being offered rehashed martial arts classes, not practical defence, just rehacked martial arts. BUT ..... Lee is a real master, I have learned so much from him, and am very grateful to him for his generosity in sharing his knowledge.

That painting behind Lee is trippy. It looks so real. Lee is the most street wise instructor I have ever seen.

Your method is brilliant

"All warfare is based on deception." Yet so few use it in defending themselves.

A good question to fry the brain is, "Do you think you know what you're talking about." You might as well just walk away then while his hamster wheel goes into overdrive. Picked that one up from a shrink who said to use it in arguments when you need a moment to consider your next counter.

Genius, pure aggressive genius. The lessons within UC all fit together like a jigsaw puzzle, seamless

Unless the attacker literally has metal balls, you can still kick him very hard without stepping back. It's not wrong of course, but there's no real need for it. Just shift your waist a little bit to the opposite side of the leg that's kicking. Tremendous power, and he will not see it coming.

In this video he demonstrates how to strike preemptively by first asking “what is this about?” Can someone explain to me the foot work of his attack because I’m not quite sure if I understand
