Yet another fantastic video. While doing door work, I often look after VIPs. Or do some CP work, so I found the last part quite interesting. I will be trying it out at training tomorrow. Keep up the great work. I hope I can attend one of your classes some time.

One thing I've noticed with the students/trainees, they try to be fast like Lee but seem to sacrifice power for speed. I would slow down a little and try to hit harder. I've noticed that about combatives type training. That's where more traditional boxing/Muay Thai training would come in handy. (yes, I know Lee has trained boxing and Muay Thai.)

Bro It's Call BLITKRIER! It's Design to Run Straight thru A Fucker Quickly! (You heard that old saying) "A fight should Only Last 1-3 seconds" Well at the UC Camp. We Employ that Saying to the 10th POWER! No, Big Toe go here, Right Toe Go There. Just Nail the Fucker, And Get Gone, Oh and A side-bar, Bro They are NOT Lacking, or how you put it. "Sacrificing" Power Even when these guys are trying to pull there power. It "STILL" feels like you have been hit by a Fucking DEMIGOD!

Hey Eric, Thanks for the reply. I wasn't putting UC down. I'm a huge fan. I think it is the BEST street fighting/self-defence system I have ever seen. (and I've seen a lot.) In my own experience when I try to be as fast as Lee I know I'm sacrificing power. I hit harder if I slow down a little. My goal is to be as fast (and powerful.) as Mr. Morrison. Thanks again.

Hey Jason, I have a TIP for you, Pause on each Dynamic Strike (Which you can) Because the subject is OVERWHELMED Physically and Psychologically from the Impact forward Pressure Strike. And don't get me wrong bro, I do understand what you are saying. moving very FAST During Scenario Pad work, Strike become Shorter and a little Sloppy. I get it.. That's that Damn "ADRENALINE COCKTAIL" That we All have to learn how to drink haha But from my own Personal Experiences Of doing this type of training. The pausing made it easier to look and feel More EXPLOSIVE , DYNAMIC "AND" Sexy! As Coach puts it. Oh a less stressful. I'm during talking bro, I get to go. My Wife is going to KILL ME!!! I hope to meet and train with you in the Future Jason! Peace

Kicks make me nervous as I feel like I’m offering up my ankle to to be grabbed. These guys are pretty big & strong so I wonder if it’s not the best move for women?

I think if you keep in mind that stophits have as a main function to stop an attacker coming towards you, his momentum makes grabbing your leg a much harder task than if he's static and defensive; so I wouldn't worry too much about that unless you're fighting a pro fighter case in which you might be fucked anyway.

Self defense is not an exact science, every action has a reaction and every action has a potential counter but man or woman you have got to do something because what is the alternative.

Nah! This is only going to work against rank amateurs. Most guys can just move an inch to avoid a kick in the fork and only a complete idiot would duck his face into a shot . It might work against school boys or very inexperienced. The eye shot needs greater accuracy than you can give with a second blow. I would never drill this. Any fighter worth his salt is going to catch that foot at least six or seven times out of ten. Take ground in your fight, not standing off throwing one, two three. After throwing one shot you should immediately be in close range, like the measles, all over him.
