HELLO VAOS Armstrong. darth Vaos is sounding rough. Keeping up the hard work, anyone who playa ksp know that even simple looking task such as doking a space atation for a simple moon mission is still so much time and labour intensive. Seeing you uptating and mid upgrading parts of the rokets and their payloads to fit your need is very impressive. The next video or livestream of the career series will definitely be very exiting. Until next time keep up the amazing work. You are always so inspiring. Just wathing your videos makes me want to hop on ksp. Take care of yourself and hopefully you get better soon.

You’ve been busy. Very busy. I have a similar problem with anSSTO that is nose heavy and solved it by placing an elevon under the leading edge of the forward swept wing, up against fuselage. The only issue is that the game changes which direction it thinks “deploy” is and a couple of times it’s pushed the nose into the ground. And yes it’s definitely in front of the DCOM.

Damn Vaos, you sound like it's 30 years from now and Hollywood decided to revive your video series with you as the old mentor from the originals who gets quickly surpassed by the young, smart, ambitious new hotshot. I mean, eh... hope you feel better. This is making me want to go back and do a career mode of my own.

SSTOs are cheaper to run, but more expensive to develop, and more expensive when things go wrong. My laziness and impatience are probably the biggest reasons I don't use them very often. :3

At first when I saw the ship with radiators on the back I thought you were playing with realfuels mod. I'm doing a career play through of RSS RO with realfuels mod but otherwise pretty much stock. It's a great mod that adds so much more elements of real spaceflight, cryogenic insulation, boiloffof different propellant, ullage that serves to make the game harder, but I think I might try doing a stock play through with just it to encourage RCS thruster use. Unfortunately because of RSS, sstos are basically impossible with a payload more than a single command chair and Kerbal, but I might try some other still realistic mods.

I remember RSS RO. You should check out my RSS RO ssto videos. It took a while and several prototypes but the ssto worked pretty good. The video in the link is years old but it was the best prototype by far. One day I might go back to it if I have time. kzread.inforfl-BVxZqJ8?si=yyLOn8vVJN8HRRbW

Docking without RCS is soooooooo much easier than with RCS
