I stated a few weeks ago, that Bronn's lack of knowledge about being Master of Coin was a desired trait, not a detriment, in Tyrion's view. (a) Bronn had no knowledge of the financial trickery Littlefinger employed in his tenure. (There are numerous analyses of Book Littlefinger's schemes on KZread) Bronn prides himself on being a very straightforward fellow, who will keep the ledgers very simple and streamlined. (b) While Littlefinger was constantly hungry for the next advantage or advancement, Bronn is currently very happy where he is, thank you very much. (c) Tyrion knows how Bronn thinks. This will allow him to keep tabs on the new Master of Coin.

Yup, much easier to keep tabs on then Littlefinger whom nearly ran the kingdom into the ground by not being there to keep his creative Bookkeeping running... Littlefinger is Brilliant in managing coin, but at the same time trying to make his books legible would be incredibly difficult Bron is a straight arrow, will probably keep the books nice and tidy and easy to work with, you'd be missing out on some profits but at least you don't have to worry about an Ambitious sly bastard that is constantly working towards the next rung on the ladder

Now Bronn is teleporting around Westeros, striking nonsensical deals and everyone acts like they didn't know each other.

they deserve their own show: "A ruthless sellsword and a noble dwarf travel the land in search of booze and adventure; hilarity ensues"

As much as I like Bronn's interaction's with Jaime his arc in the books is so much better: after he marries he finds out the actual heir to the land is his wife's older sister who's husband, for some reason, challenges Bronn to a duel with a predictable outcome, shortly afterwards his sister in law suffers an unfortunate accident and his wife becomes the heir, destiny works in misterious ways.

@@cobaltCarnivore He did an action which would benefit him emotionally by saving someone he cares a bit and most importantly more selfishly gaining further profit in lands,titles,etc. It was pretty clear since they started diverging from the original story that D&D went with a noble status seeking Bronn, I see few contraction with such a take,given that season 7 and 8 certainly don't lack contradictions with the previous ones and within themselves too.

he should've left for the Summer Isles after Tyrion left King's Landing. I'd be soo pissed if he sacrifices himself for Jaime or Tyrion. That's the worst thing they can do to a sellsword like him.

He was way too emotionally mean-spirited for the Bronn that we have seen and has been established. Every time he has acted violently, he has shown restraint and even a cool-headed sort of pleasure, but never anger or hatred (unless in full-scale battle where he looks possessed and fighting multiple enemies), In the vale when he acted as Tyrion's champion, he gave Lysa Arryn the chance to stop the fight when it was clear he had bested Sir Vardys. He looked at her and the room, gave a little smirk because he knew he was better and would win and after not hearing a surrender on her part, he killed him. Look at his exchanges with Meryn Trant. He threatened him and was threatened by him, but he never looked enraged or off-balance. With Tyrion and Jamie he practically through a Joe Pesci mobster level tantrum.

Early seasons Tyrion looks like a baby, no scar, no beard.

I never noticed how young Peter looked in earlier seasons, almost looks like an entirely different bloke.

Both had better make it to the end. A scene just brightens up when they are both in it.

Bronn was my favourite character. Loved every scene he is in

Bronn is one of the best characters. In such a depressing, brutal, dismal show we need someone like Bronn to bring the comedic relief.

The Iron Bank has their hands full with Tyrion as Hand and Bronn as Master of Coin. LOL!!

At this point the Iron Bank should just cut their losses and stop lending money to anyone who goes by the title of King or Queen in Westeros.

They had some great back-and-forths throughout the whole series. Friends, yes, but they knew the realities of their situation.

bronn was a skilled fighter, not the best but very calculated on his approach to fights. He knows his limits and his risk taking very well, the higher the risk, the higher the check he demands, but he also knows when the risk is not worth taking, no matter the pay. That's what got him so far

You forgot when Tyrion and Bronn ran into the barbarians and they asked Tyrion how he wanted to die.

Such perfect actors playing perfectly. This never gets old.

of all my fave pairings, THIS ONE IS STILL POSSIBLE IN A NEW ACTUAL SERIES cuz they're one of the few still alive after the mostly contemptible season 8.

Remember when Tyrion said to Bronn that he and Cersei would make a perfect match, and Bronn just flashed an awkward smile? To me that was subtle and funny because the actors that played Bronn and Cersei were a couple before (way before GOT started I think), but I heard they didn't have a nice breakup that's why Bronn and Cersei never shared a scene together, or at least seen the two characters in one scene

Bronn wasn't an evil bastard, he was a pragmatist. And, one of the best written characters on the show... even up to the end.

Nah, hes an egoist. Every action, to his perspective, is based entirely off what benefits him. He however doesn't delude himself into thinking hes virtuous, he knows who he is and doesn't try to play the hero

When I watch this, I just think how different the first half and the second half of the tv show are completely different. Seasons 1-4 was peak GoT and honestly a masterpiece.
