You need more than a probiotic pill! Focus on fiber, prebiotics, antioxidants, omega-3, spore-based probiotics, fermented foods (if tolerated), and intermittent possible (if possible)

    Yes excellent point. Probiotics in capsule form that are not in the form of food can cause bowel cramping as well.
