I use a jcm studio also! Would love a video on proper level settings. Between the amp, cab m. Captor, audio interface and daw thats a lot of level setting to get a good signal and tone

This video was great and detailed! I also watched your video on the Audient Sono and hopefully you can give me some advise. Which of these two devices do you think would provide a better solution for the following: guitar>pedalboard with amp-in-a-box pedals> Cab M or Sono>Powered monitors. I am trying to get rid of my amp and use my pedals in order to emulate real amps instead of using digital modeling like Positive Grid. I guess I would like to know which of these two devices takes drive and pedals better as well as which one can provide a more realistic amp/cab sound. I am aware that the Cab M will require an interface to convert the Mono signal into Stereo so that I could route it to computer monitors. Do you think this would be a good idea? I'm thinking of getting the Cab M+ to use alongside my HX Effects and an audio interface for recording into a DAW at home (and actually a lot of time time without the DAW because I'm often too lazy to power everything up). Do you know how it would work with something like the HX Effects to allow the OD / Fuzz / Distortion effects to sit before it in the signal chain and for the the delay, reverb, echo, chorus effects from the HX Effects to sit after it in the chain. I think the HX Effects allows you to create an FX loop for conventional amps and then position the effects blocks either side but I'm not sure if the equivalent can be achieved with this. Is that something you've had any insight on......or is there another amp / cab sim pedal which you've seen / tried which you think would let me do that?

I destroyed my old CAB recently, and this thing would give me so much options all in one unit even smaller than my old CAB. Maybe I can repair the old one and give that to my brother.

Just getting into twonotes wall of sound and reaper. If I'm using a TwoNotes Captor on my Mesa Boogie do I need a Cab M or just use wall of sound for cabinets? What would be the benefit to also get a Cab M then go into audio interface?

I have Wall Of Sound and just ordered the CAB M. The biggest advantage is you'll be saving DSP by all of the processing being done on the hardware.

Are all the functions of the Cab M(+) accessible from the pedal controls (w/o using the software)?

You can use two separate mics and their placement.
