I love the sound of the 4.0 ,has a very distinct sound At certain rpm’s it sounds like a diesel 💪
Great video! I’m in the process of putting on notch fenders on my Comanche and let me tell you they are no simple install especially if you want them to fit perfectly is almost impossible lots of trimming and sanding to do on the actual fenders

Oh I’m sure they’re tough! Good thing quince is more ambitious about doing it on his jeep than I am 😂 personally I’m gonna build metal tube fenders for mine and call it good
Looks like you guys had a lot of fun. And then fresh 35s and 37s be looking good. I wanna snow bash but need bumpers and stuff first

Thanks brotha! It was a good time. Hopefully you and Jaron can get together to wheel sometime when he’s up there

@@mountaincrawlers8it looks like a lot of fun. And for sure the first trip out I planned to try and see if he wanted to go. I am about to get ready to do an oil pump then I have center frame stiffeners and plan to order the Amazon DIY bumpers and get those all done to try and go middle of March hopefully
Good times!

Yes it was!
Man breaking trail in fresh snow is the best kind of wheeling imo. What's your thoughts on being locked in the front in the snow? I hear it's sketchy steering, but I would like to know your opinion

You get used to it after a while! Just gotta drive defensively when using 4wd with others on the road and you’ll be fine.

@@mountaincrawlers8 No. Not sure why you think beadlocks are required to drop to sub 6psi. i suppose you need to carry the appropriate things to reset a bead in the eventuality you pop one off. In 15 years of deep snow wheeling ive only ever seen 3 beads flop off. Grab a strap, some starting fluid, and a jack. takes all of 10 minutes to reset one. This video has a perfect explanation. We brought some Arizona guys up to the Pacific Northwest to wheel with us, they were mind blown. kzread.info/dash/bejne/o3hry7KdaMWfZNo.html
