Her whole series just screams projection and insecurity. She's admitted before about how her husband pays for everything, makes all the meals, cleans more, looks after the kids regularly, and does most of the shopping. And because of this, she feels insignificant and has to cherry pick really specific and out of context stuff to call her husband out on (even if it's simply eating a fruit or using the bathroom) just so she can feel better about her lazy egotistical self. Hell, she made a comic complaining about how her bed has always been messy ever since the kids were born because her husband was too busy with them to make it for her ffs.

Seems like Momlife's comics were (at least in her head) meant to just be cute and relatable? the problem is that they kind of weren't? at least not to anyone whose husband isn't literally Homer Simpson. Coming out and elaborating that she's a stay at home mom who doesn't earn for the bills outlines a more unfortunate scenario. This woman really is just coping with the fact she hates being a mom and living a domestic life, and if she can't paint her husband into the corner of being an inconsiderate louse she believes it wouldn't be as funny (or get as many clicks).

My hot take going against the grain here just a bit...if she's joking and making boomer "my wife/husband" jokes, then aight cool. Ain't like these jokes are typically done in honest critique. If she's the type of person that thinks all jokes are "a window into someone's soul" and as such are more expressing their genuine beliefs, then I feel very sorry for the husband.
