I don't think I've ever seen such well-mannered young men in my life.... Wow. I'm sure that dad was already so proud of them and would have been even more proud to see how well-rounded and successful they are.

Those 2 twin gents are so positive and humble- they do the memory and legacy of their dad proud. Gemma and her dad were super clients too and so sweet❤
Uplifting to watch an episode with such easy going and nice people - So glad they all bought properties they are happily living in

Then don’t watch House Hunters in America, I’m American and even I can’t watch those with spoiled people who want a room for shoes, a football field size yard, etc. I love this show, people are so much easier going and I love the places they look at.
Kirstie slurping her drink right into the phone made me laugh!

For someone brought up in the aristocracy she certainly is lacking in Grace and manners , she's always saying the strangest and sometimes insulting comments. I could easily see her being a spoiled pouty child growing up. She certainly winghes a lot.
Phil and Kirstie should be very proud of taking care of this lovely pair of twin fellows! These two are so polite and even keeled, well dressed, well spoken, just a delight to find two brothers so nice. I am sure their father would be very proud of them and their choice of living space from his legacy :). This was a wonderful episode, I also thought the pianist gal had a wonderful father who took care of paying for her living space whilst she worked with her first job. A favorite episode (truly they are ALL my favorite thing to watch...). Lovely as usual!
Awwwwwww, the photo of the boys with their dad at 45 mins is lovely. Smiles all round!

I lost my twin 22 years ago (at the age of 38). I feel your pain because I still miss her all the time. I can tell you that it gets better but it takes a long time before it’s not a physical ache every day. I want to send you a hug from someone that understands how you feel.

Am an American who lived in London and and off (for a year at a time) during the 1980s. For some reason it just bothers me so much to see those council flats turned into expensive private flats... all over the place. Really, really bothers me.

Oh how frustrating, they don't translate UKRAINIAN language :(. Whoever left this comment can you translate to English?
Lots of places with potential for the twins and the young lady and her father.
Good work John, the tiny house entrance looks great.
What a nice dad. The agent was right, the sitting room would be better in the bedroom and vice versa
Hold up they told the twins 'well you could move the kitchen into the large living area, then old kitchen combined with small bedroom' WHAT!? That is MAJOR work. Plumbing and electrical alone would be big cash!!
Good choices in the end ..well done All .
Lovely people, great homes ... thanks K n P

We've lived in so many places (hubby was in the military) and I certainly got used to all the different transportation available in different countries, it was scare at first but I got used to it :). I needed to get out and about shopping, groceries, etc. I was very brave but it paid off, first off was learning the languages (German/French...). It's been many years we've settled in the USA, still miss all the places we've lived...
Tooting is never been a safe area at all. Back in 2012, the prices were lower were a time of after the mortgage collapse. , I got a nice place in the auction
I LOVEEEEEEE THE TWINS
Nice episode.
Double pane windows would take all the noise away❤
What's the song? "If you can't be with the one you love, love the one you're with." Works for property doesn't it?
How much would those appartements be now?
Not that council flat boys!
This is the woman who says detached houses are a waste of space ! Just waiting for her to turn her big DETACHED mansion into flats! Hello am waiting mmmmm thought not !
The living room could be a bedroom instead.
I don't think they reiterated enough times that the twins are tall
Where are the twins now?
They had to duck to go inside.😂

Well, they are 6'7" (over 2m) so very few house doors, apart from those in 18C palaces, would accommodate their height.
Am I the only one that sees an issue with having a piano in a flat!!
@elizzy8754
12 күн бұрын
Well, the first thing you do is to talk with the neighbours. Then, possibly invest in acoustic insulation of the piano room. "Silent" pianos exist - sound converted to a digital signal via a headset, etc etc.
My Least favorite thing to watch is stories switching back from one to another. These shows must have ADD can't stick with completeing one story first , then the next story. Can Understand thinking it keeps you interested, NOT .
This show has been on for 20 YEARS - WHY do we have to see the same episode on REPEAT?

Do you mean Kirstie and Phil? They've had a very funny relationship, both having the job of trying to find proper houses and living spaces for their clients. They both dig at each other but there is a lot of respect and friendship between them.
And young woman stop with the sexual jokes. That's just bad taste
Sophie, I love watching this show. I think my dress standards are a bit different than yours, as I so wish you would button up the top of your dress. I’d rather not see your under-slip. Sorry for speaking my honesty.
I came to the realization that all of my books that I really never read were a great collection but then I realized that the Library had copies of all my books. Once I moved without the books it was awesome. It really was freeing.

I agree wholeheartedly! Moving a thousand books repeatedly is a nightmare. It is tremendously sad initially to get rid of one's books but the loss is greatly eased now that most books are available digitally. Having an analog library is a huge luxury that most of us cannot afford these days. Access to books is incredibly important though; however one manages that is a win!

Our mother was a pianist, and every single night we lived at home (4 girls and no boys, a favorite complain from our father) our mother (pianist) played on that piano the most lovely eclectic selection of motzart to honky tonk and so on. I still miss that so much.
@asincerewoman

I thought perhaps it was an electric one. I can't imagine a sensible pair such as this daughter and father lugging a real piano around London. Electrics still take up space, but aren't the hassle of a regular piano. They are easily moved by one person, and you can plug in headphones so that no one else hears you playing. This HAS to be what she has. Otherwise, I need a show about this daft girl carting her beloved baby grand around London!!!
